This Starbucks itself is really cool, the building is unique and a cool design. Inside is very modern and nice. I recommend coming here on a visit at least once if you like coffee.
I really enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was great. I'll definitely be back!
this place has no consistency and every time i order the drive thru person is rude. today Nicolas was straight attitude. when i pulled up to the speaker, they didn’t say anything.. just “what” .. i was like ummm hello? never in my life have i heard that. if you don’t want to work just don’t… there’s no need to be rude.on top of that, my drink was terrible.
I tried this location today thinking they would have the tea bags for the "medicine ball" and they didn't. And they didn't have my alternative mint majesty. And no honey packs. Then I went to my next alternative chai latte. ? they had that. Geesh. Seems like Starbucks everywhere is struggling with inventory. Nice worker at drive thru.
God forbid as a paying customer one as for less milk a gallon is added to your coffee. Every drink is made as a wet latte . Cappuccino is a little bit of foam and steam milk the barista comes to insult you as if one doesn’t know what a cappuccino looks like. Don’t sell lattes for cappuccinos. As you called yourself a professional barista PleaseLEARN the difference between a cappuccino and a 2gallon milk latte,because Starbucks charges a lot for the service so do it right
So I went to order 3 white chocolate mocha , side tall . When I get home to have breakfast with my wife and daughter we see they gave us half of the cup filled . That’s terrible ! Please check your drink to be sure it’s filled the right way! So I called and the supervisor (morning shift) tells me to go back and they would refund me or give me the drinks again. I go back and the supervisor is a different one ,(afternoon shift) this gentleman ask me if I drank them or threw them away ?! Like what kind of question is that after you basically gave half of the drinks in all 3 of them . So I look at him and tell him I threw them away and he says “oh that what I need it to hear to give you the drinks again” hello I had to lie to your face in order for you to make up for you mistake !!! That’s unacceptable from Starbucks and that supervisor from Saturday May 21st , 2022! Terrible service from them !
Great experience. Ben was super helpful with my order. He saw me struggling between two options and was patient with me. When he handed me my drink he made a little sample of the other one I was also leaning towards for me to try. Love this starbucks! Will make it my go to one from now on. Thanks!
I stop here a few times a week on my way to work to treat myself. Great staff! They always complete the order promptly and answer any questions you may have about the menu!
This location never has the products I live near this location and I never get my order complete there is something missing no ALMOND MILK NO WHIP CREAM NO CHOCOLATE and the manager Kevin is so rude he need to take a customer service training or leadership, the Doral location the 24 and 87 ave and even the Dolphin Mall and 97 and 36 st don’t have this problem Im a customer from several years and this actitud from the manager is very frustrated it.Very bad service
I always go back to the same place where they treat me better and serve me better ice coffee
