This Starbucks is close by my job and is clean and the baristas are always super nice and efficient. Love this starbucks.
Usually Starbucks has a good customer servjce but in this location they are far from it.Needs more organization .They don't care about people's time.
Excellent service! Everyone was friendly and greets you. The cashier was very polite and welcoming, the manager on site making sure everything was running smooth. My coffee was delicious and the service was fast. Clean and nice environment. Well done! What a huge difference to my awful experience with the one close to dolphin mall - 19th street Doral.
The store on beach and Kerman make the best doppio in Jax the crew is fantastic too??
Today I came twice, and my green tea was excellent! It is not always the same, and service is terrible, but having Cristian pull a double was my lucky day because he didn't mind shaking my green tea; he's also the most excellent and sweetest every time! Thank you for making this my third place and a wonderful experience.
Poor customer service. 4 girls Saw me standing there more than 10 minutes, all their attention was concentrated on drive thru customers only. I asked if they I would get attended if I hopped in my car and went through the drive thru instead, they kinda got an attitude. One of the girls was literally just swinging her arms around and waiting for cars to come to window, she easily could have taken my order and another one told me to hold on while she was on a personal cell phone call and Handling sandwich orders. I know starbucks wont bother with this review because at the end of the day it's Starbucks. They'll have business no matter what service. But I'm never coming to this location again. Also, when I finally received my order, it was wrong! Disappointed
Ordered a Frappuccino and a warmed bagel with cream cheese on Uber eats. Received a cold bagel with only packets of butter. Upon calling the restaurant to advise them of what happened, A very rude representative proceeded to tell me that they don't even have cream cheese so she's not sure how or why I ordered it in the 1st place. I then explained that normally when ordering from Uber if a restaurant does not have something that you ordered, it is common courtesy to reach out to the customer and explain that you do not have set option to see if they would like to either make a swap or cancel the order entirely. She repeatedly told me that she knows that's how it's done and just talked over me for a few minutes until I ask for her name and then she hung up in my face. There are tons of other Starbucks within a 3 to 4 mile radius don't bother going to this one.
They are always super busy in the morning but somehow they keep the drive thru line moving. Staff are always super friendly.
