Very clean and efficient place!
I came in, in hopes to get my mocha cookie crumble, but was encountered by their rude boss ELSA who did not greet nicely, got my order wrong, and just had overall horrible customer service. Getting my drink, I was physically disgusted and shocked to my core about how repulsing the frapp was. I was physically ill for hours, the puking was nonstop, after consuming such an atrociousity. I regret deeply ever stepping foot in such a degrading facility.
I called 7 min before the store closed because i wanted coffee when I got there 3 min before the doors were locked and they didn't even bother looking up to tell me they were closed.
Always when i go to Miami, have to make an stop here.

What I don't like they are importing coffee from China Cummunist Party they should be importing from colombia or Ecuador or Costa Rica NOT Support Cummunist Party that is my opinion
Basically if they do not get your order right they will not refund only remake and you have to go back to get it.
This is the first Starbucks pushed me to McDonald’s coffee. Just don’t know how hard it’s to have a dark coffee. Maybe it’s designed to cold?
Great location and service, however as of today still inside tables are restricted to use despite all other business with same mall allow inside sitting. Additionally seating outside is used by non consuming customers whom are "parked" for extended periods of time. This is not Covid related but lack of enforcing order for real paying customers. I recommend using next door PANERA
