We ordered Pizza and fetuccini al salmone, the price of this plate is 22$ so I asked for shrimp instead of the salmon. The waiterese did not tell us that it is for an extra charge, so we get the receipt and the waitress charged us 22$ for the plate ( which did not include Salmone) and an extra 7$ for shrimp. When we asked why she said it is for the ingredients and the sauce. In the receipt she itemized the plate as following, Fatuccine 10$ Al salmone(that we did not get) $12 and + Shrimp 7$ and then wrote under it with no Salmone. This is literally a rip off!! Paying for something that i didn't even have in my plate!! The pizza lacked taste as well. Not the best experience ?
1- 20% tip forced it is unacceptable.2- forced to buy bottle of water, I get it, it is not illegal, but is abusive, reason I am taking the time to make review. There is a review 2 month ago, with same complaints... they said they will fix it. Went today May 1st.... nothing have changed.3- Service was slow.4- would not go back, would not recommend.Bad management. Todas las respuestas son iguales.

Micaella was absolutely amazing!! She was so attentive and absolutely so sweet. She made our Italian experience so authentic with her beautiful waitressing manners and her Italian vocabulary. She is by far the best server I have ever had. This place must value her at all costs!! Thank you Micaella! As far as the food? The food was PHENOMENAL! So delicious and perfect temperature! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting some authentic Italian food!
I have been eating at Spizzigo maybe since 2005-2006 and it has always been delicious. We tried the Biancaneve and Burrata pizzas yesterday and they were amazing. For sure will keep coming back for delicious food, nice atmosphere, good service and great value.

This place sticks you with a $4+tax bottle of water mandatory. Only restaurant in Miami where they won’t serve you tap water even though Miami-Dade has some of the cleanest tap water in the nation. 20% tip automatically added to the check. Pasta mediocre at best. Pizza lacks flavor.
