You cannot go wrong with sushi from here! Came here for happy hour and had a fantastic time. The restaurant was small and intimate on the inside and the staff was friendly and helpful. While the happy hour menu isn’t extensive, they have a large variety of sushi rolls to choose from on their regular menu. We had the Sushi Pizza (A MUST TRY!) and the Volcano Roll! They were both to die for and I can’t wait to come back and experience them all over again!
Had dinner w my daughter. We shared the sushi pizza, the hamachi roll, and the volcano roll ALL were amazing. Cannot wait to return. Luz was our server and she was very nice and helped with my the menu. Great place
I stopped in Soya and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was phenomenal. I ordered an app off the happy hour menu which was very reasonably priced and phenomenal. I also had a roll which was amazing, fresh and flavorful. I will definitely come back and highly recommend.
Food is decent, no complaints. The steak teriyaki takes the cake for me. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Tuna Tartare. They make it the same, but still different from many other places. Our waiter Victor was very good and paid attention to detail. Will be coming back soon.

Great little place in Doral. Great service , there wasn't much of a line when we got there, Sunday afternoon. Drinks were great we try the passion fruit sangria and the lemonade coconut and both were great and refreshing, something different. We try the sampler for appetizer good enough for 2 people and the we try the volcano roll and the guava roll both were really good. Lastly we have for dessert the Oreo roll and it was amazing. If you're in the Doral area don't hesitate to stop by. You won't regreated.

We had a great service, the sushi was amazing, I just felt in the rice a bit too much sushi vinegar or an after taste with this flavor. The Tuna tartare was ok. Will definitely come back.
Carlos was our server tonight and he made great recommendations and quick service. This was my second visit and Soya hasn't disappointed me yet. Everything was delicious, the dessert sushi was a first and I'd definitely order again. Passion fruit sangria is amazing. Sushi pizza appetizer is a must.
The food was good. It's definitely not a traditional Japanese sushi place. There's all types of crazy sushi rolls. I didn't like that they charged us $3 each for water. Also, the music is a little too loud for my taste.
