Staff is very rude and if you order a milk tea, you'll basically get milk with ice. I went twice and ordered 2 different milk teas and they both tasted like milk in ice. They actually look white like milk, no color or flavor at all. When I went to complain, they owner told me that's how milk tea is in a super rude way. I've tried milk tea everywhere and it is not only milk. I won't be back
employees are very kind! everything was assembled fresh when we arrived and the ice cream and boba were good. lots of flavors to choose from!
Snow Kool on 58th Street in Doral is a great place to go for all things quality ice cream, tea, and bowls. I really like their selection of different items that they have available and how well everything is prepared. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.
Nice place to go to. They have snow ice cream, rolled ice cream, boba tea and food. I thought it was tasty. I do want to add they use powder for tea and rolled ice cream depending on flavor. I got Thai tea and taro ice cream. It was so very good but I know some rather not have powder. Would come back if I'm in the area again
