I had the best experience at this smoothie king today. I went around 12:00 pm and There is a lady with long curly hair ( hair is red I believe) she was she sweetest person and was able to answer some questions I had with regards to pregnancy and the shakes in a very nice way. Now a days It’s hard to find people with this good mood specially at these king of places or fast food. Whoever you are, thank you and god bless you!
So far i had no problem with shakes but didn't like a specific employee. My man talks like he has no energy and on top of that he's on his phone spaced the F out with the window open while i am there waiting on him to grab my card
Whoever makes the shakes here is gonna make this place go out of business. Nasty and watery. Unlike the many other smoothie kings I’ve had before in other locations. Update: they contacted me to try to learn what happened and to make things better so five stars to a great costumer service. I should have said something on the spot before posting a review because I’m sure they would have made it right right away.

After a long day of work I decided to stop by the smoothie King in Doral and I picked a large strawberry and banana smoothie the gentleman that autonomy stood by the window making sure I wouldn’t see what the girl was doing to my smoothie and I ended up that they made a smoothie with banana and water and God knows what else inside this is the worst smoothie smoothie ever
Terrible service and horrible smoothies if I could give it a zero I would. I’ve been there a couple of times and it’s always the same, I go back thinking the experience would be different but it’s not. Definitely not going back. The smoothies taste like water with protein powder, barely use any ice, the employee give you attitude and you can even see them smoking right in front of you. Always take forever even though the store is empty. Worst smoothie king.
First time trying this location and was very pleased! An employee named vanessa gave excellent customer service and the smoothie turned out great!!

Went to Doral Location and was not disappointed with service. I was greeted upon entering and attention was a 10/10. Asked for my order and order was quickly prepared. Love Smoothie King and would recommend.
