The food is (ok) like cafeteria food , it’s not the best quality . ( I don’t enjoy the desserts), I usually throw them away . I tried to stay with this company for 4 months , but i noticed that the quality of the food got worse over time . I decided to cancel my membership yesterday.
Disgusting food. I honestly gave it to my dog. Delivery times are inconvenient (sometimes before 2 pm you will receive your order). I have specified no shrimp and no pork- received those 2 days in a row. Absolutely zero starts.
I've been a shapelovers customer on and off for a couple years. The food is excellent. That's essentially where the pros end. The customer service is very hit and (mostly) miss. They are hard to get ahold of. Sometimes they tell you they'll do something, and just don't. If I didn't speak Spanish, it probably wouldn't work. I have a friend who's only had a few issues, but i've had so many. As I type this, I'm on hold to re-start my service after a few months away, and i've been on hold for 10 minutes and counting :)The biggest problem is probably their unsustainable plastic packaging. I guess this is a cost issue, as the food is already a little pricey. Finally, if you go to their website, they prominently advertise on the front page that they have a 4.9 review score here on Google (see attached). However, it's really 3.5 as of the time of this review. That dishonestly tells you just about everything you need to know. However, the food is good and convenient, so I soldier. on.
Yummy food and great service.
After so many years of being a customer with them, I'm having to say goodbye, due to non delivery and no one calling to let us know. I've enjoyed the food all these years and have no issues with customer service since they've always treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you, and hope that you improve your delivery service soon.
Don’t even think about get this service ! 2 days without the food delivery and they don’t care, don’t call to notify or nothing!
Food is been rotten twice in two weeks of services. Not happy at all.
