Our first time there and we are so disappointed with the empanadas ,Cuban Coffee we’re horrible on top of all that the waitress ignored us only spoke with one person, at the table awful. I do understand that they work for the tips but a big part of the experience is how you are treated We are never coming back Awful experience
Small place but quite busy during lunch. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Large portions and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this if you are looking for fresh, Venezuelan food.
Ok, this place is a hole in the wall, but it serves authentic, delicious Venezuelan food. Clean, consistent, friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices makes this a great find. They are a franchise, and I have been to both locations. Same food, same service. Highly recommended
The most horrible experience I've ever had. I wanted to try different food. I am not from Venezuela so I had questions about the food. The waitress was so rude. She refused to answer my questions. So she gave me another server. Because apparently she had no patience. I guess she's not happy with her job. It was truly disgusting what she did. She deserves to be fired. Super Mal educada!!!
I had a great experience visiting this place for lunch. Friday they offer a Venezuelan soup called "CHUPE" ,,A thick soup made of chicken, corn, potatoes, cheese and cream milk... I can tell you that this is the best I have tried so far in my whole life. Please don't miss this jewel Hoy probe el mejor chupe en este lugar, una deliciosa sopa venezolana a base de pollo, papas, maiz, queso y crema de leche...No se lo pierdan
The worst service I've had from this place, you'll see for the first time I made an order from their page and it turns out that the restaurant didn't take the order, they called me to tell me that they didn't see the order and that I had to wait for them They made that wait, it turned into 1 hour, I called the restaurant again and practically they told me that the driver was already on the way, which is not true because they canceled the order, then I called the restaurant again to see what had happened with my order and What does the super rude maracucha girl who attended me tell me is that she wanted me to make her come out and take him to my house? Something that seems disrespectful to me because I ordered from your page and any problem that the restaurant had with the driver is their problem, not my problem. I paid for a service and you have to answer for it after 3 hours. After a long wait, I was left without eating and by the way they stole my money because they didn't even give me a refund, the girl who attended me simply washed her hands as if it wasn't her responsibility.
