Delicious smoothies. Friendly staff, indoor/outdoor sitting. Healthy snacks as well.
First time I went the açaí bawls were great super delicious. But, the last 3 times I have gone the açaí is watery and non flavor.
This store always stops selling/making most items way before they close. Don’t bother making your way there if it’s within the hour they close, because you’ll waste your time. They either won’t have anything or close early.
Food is delicious and fresh. Service is quick and friendly. Always packaged well.
I love Robeks! I truly do.. But my goodness the employees working the Doral location are an absolute horror story and have been for a while. So much so they that warrant this review. I ordered a chicken panini via UberEats, there is no option to request a panini to be pressed on the app, only “hot”. I called the store several times to ask them to please have my panini pressed. No answer from anyone at the store, I gave up. When I received the order, I opened the bag, and the horror story goes on. Someone thought it’d be a good idea to put both smoothies sideways inside the bag on top of the panini. Needless to say the smoothies spilled inside the bag and all over the unpressed panini. Robeks has hands down the absolute best smoothies, but their poor customer service is really starting to outweigh the quality of their products.
I have nothing to say about the food because I haven’t tried it yet, but as a Uber driver My experience was unpleasant, I went there to pick up an order and there were like 5 Uber drivers waiting for the others too. I understand that some times you can a little behind that want the problem either. The problem is the attitude of the employees, while I was waiting and see all the drivers leaving, I went to the register and talked with a blond girl and hazel eye that was there and ask for an ETA for my order she told me that my order wasn’t ready yet and if I wanted I can cancel in a really rude way, however I decided to way for another time but nothing so I asked again this time to the only boy who was there he told me to cancel my order I don’t want way.. so I did .. like o say I don’t mind to wait even the my time it’s priceless, but I’m not going to accept to be treated like that for unprofessional people… so costumer service definitely 0 stars

My husband and I walked in and stood there and the employees behind counter were just standing there talking to each other after seeing us come in and stand at the counter. No one acknowledged us and we stood there for a good minute as they continued to talk. when my husband says hello the guy at the counter just looks at us and turns his head and starts talking again to his coworker. We just left. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.
If you know how to juice, the workers their are lazy. Most of their juice is 1/3 froth. They dont have the decency to filter the froth from the juice, try asking you get attitude.

I needed a smoothies place closer to home. I tried other shops with no luck and suddenly ... Robeks place was introduced by a friend. They have real smoothies, you know with real fruits and everything. They also have fruit salad bowl, avocado toast... Yummy.Drop by, you will love it too.
