It’s always nice to return to eat at Rice, their food is so good! I like the options they have now at this location where you can build your own bowl with many ingredients and even two proteins! Of course they also still have their kabobs, which are also very good.
Love the food , friendly staff , not liking the fact that I have to pay extra for the small piece of Pita bread also the hummus . It should be included in the price. Suggestion : don’t use (poor quality) disposable cutlery. Keep improving I will come back !
I’m going to try to resolve this with you this week and then I’ll change my review but for now I’m super sad because I am such a fan of rice Mediterranean but it seems that every time I come you guys change the price on me… I feel like you’re taking afvantage of customers… I drove 35 minutes here ordered my $13.95 bowl ( which by the way diced down the street give me a veggie bowl hooked up full Just the same for like $10!) Anyway when I went to pay the total came out to like $15 and something cents. 1395+ tax does not come out to $15. Sales tax in Florida at 7%. So yeah not cool man I just really don’t appreciate that I looked at my transaction history on my app and it’s always a different price the same bowl
If you enjoy bland Mediterranean food made with subpar ingredients marinated in oxidized lemon juice, this is your place! Don’t get a bowl. Better to order one of the so-called specials. The price is outrageous for what they serve here. Miami is big enough to find plenty of better restaurants. I suppose if you need a break from your cubicle this is an oasis of sorts.
I ordered the fish platter for pick up and the fish was over cooked and very dry. It tasted rubbery. When I called and sent them pictures they claim it was no problem and refused to rectify. I have attached pictures dry fish taste terrible. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from there again. Attached is also the text interaction
Delicious food and great customer service. The blackened fish tastes the same way as it used to be five year ago. The taste is consistent and awesome. Hummus could have been a compliment along with the falafel which is a classic combo. Just that one was missing. We had to pay additional for hummus.
HORRRRRRIBLE UPDATE: so they contacted me, ignored me for 7 days, then sent a $40 gift card and demanded I remove my reviews..... talk about UNETHICAL AND SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!! PHOTOS ATTACHED. They even sent me the link to one I could vomit, literally. I spent over $100 on food for it to all arrive with a MOLDY container of hummus. I don't know about you, but I'm not eating anything that came in the same bag as that, and unfortunately all the food was in 1 bag. I called them 3 times, no answer after ten minutes each time. Absolutely pathetic restaurant. If you're prefilling your hummus then PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS NOT MOLDING. Disgusting.
This is always a good place to go for a delicious and healthy snack , never disappointed. Good portions, variety of options and affordable prices.
Besides being pricey for what you get ,they don't offer free tap water service and you have to pay up to 3 dollars for a bottle of water that is 50 cents.They can install a water fountain with paper cups.no?
I absolutely love this place ever since my friends recommended it, at first i didn’t think it was worth the hype because i was always going to chipotle but after many times going its now my favorite spot to eat. Such a variety of different things with many toppings and sauces, i love the slow cooked chicken and their beef. This place is a delicious and for a great price absolutely recommend.
