Bland food, I ordered a cup of wine and the waiter started to discuss another table's bill over my cup, side dish arrived when I was finishing my lobster. Shrimp and lobster were overcooked
Ordered online for curbside pick up. Was told food would be ready at 3:03 pm. I arrived promptly at 3:03 pm and texted back that I arrived. I received a text back thanking me for letting them know I was there and to turn on my hazard lights. 5 minutes later i receive a new text stating your food is ready and it's coming out now. 20 minutes later and no food. I called the restaurant and let them know I was waiting over 20 minutes now. The lady that answered seemed a bit confused but said the order was coming out. They totally sent the wrong person out to hand me my food as there was no apology for the wait or even a hello. The food itself was average and the lemon cake was so small it.literally was two bites. Overall a very disappointing experience even for take out.
I gave this place a one star not because the food wasn’t good, because the service was terrible and my husband and me felt we were ripped off.We ordered some appetizers as well as the date night for two entree which was $73 on their menu. It included two lobster tails, two steak, two skewers of shrimp as well as Mac and cheese in addition it came with two sides which was great! However, once we were done we asked for the check, the waiter Mario came to our table and we had to simply put our card in the little tablet thing placed on our table. I didn’t really notice the things we were charged for. I paid with my card and gave him a tip of 15%. He later printed out the reciept and help us scan the bar code to get points. Once we started driving we noticed the bill had two orders of date night for two charged as $46.98 and $46.99. Not sure why when the menu said $73. It was our mistake for not noticing this, however when we called the restaurant we were told that we were charged that because it says “Filet” on the reciept. We never asked for any filet and the dish just came with whatever was listed on their menu!!It was clearly a rip off as we ended up paying $93.97instead of $73. Never going back here again! And please check your reciept before paying!! And there was also something weird called games charged on our reciept for 1.99. We probably touched that little iPad/ tablet thing placed on our table by accident and we were charged for something we never used. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!

I had dinner last night it was OK the services a little bit slow but I understand that they are understaffed however food Was not very tasty especially the lobster
On the Sunday we were there, the greeters at the reception desk didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. Also, the restaurant was chaotic and noisy. Our waiter was inept and walked around looking lost. Fish sandwiches were a good portion but too salty and greasy for my taste. French fries were tasty and cooked just right. After eating, I went to use the ladies' room which turned out to be a big mistake. When I pulled out a paper towel to dry my hands from the dispenser on the wall, the entire heavy container fell down on my hands. I reported my injury to Red Lobster's corporate office who did absolutely nothing but turn my complaint over to Jorge, the manager, who also did nothing. I didn't need an injury to my right hand. Not ever going back to this location again.
Great selection of seafood on the menu, and as usual, it's good food. Biscuits are addicting, so be careful! Our server, Ellenique (Que) did a great job.
Everyone was so nice! I just ordered biscuits to go but they were buttery warm and just what I wanted. Amazing customer service and a very sweet staff ❤️
