We have had the worst service and food the last 3 times at the Delray restaurant on Federal. Last week our waitress was so high everything was wrong and we had 2 little boys with us we finally got our right food after 3 times. The manager was no help at all. We tried we won't be back ever They have gone down hill the last 2 yrs.
We have been patronizing the Delray Beach, FL Original Pancake House every week after church for years. Great staff, used to be great food at a reasonable price. However, this location has changed ownership and there is definitely a difference in the quality. What used to be a generous bone in ham steak is now a thin, pressed piece of ham, bread not up to par either. A shame, staff still wonderful but we will be trying other places now.
Place was marked as a restaurant, it's not, this is their corporate office.
I love this place especially the 49ERS Ive Been going to OHOP for over 20 years now Never had a bad experience. Wish there were more locations across the Midwest areas where I work during the week.
