This MD has the worst drive through system. They have two lines for nothing. When to get to the window, they make you park and wait for someone to bring out your food.
Good breakfast. Nice speed. OK attention. This McDonald’s doesn’t get the attention it needs. Very nice place here. Since ratings are low, I will give this 5 stars. These ratings are undeserved. Will be back! :D
Terrible experience! I ate a double MC MAC after running a marathon. My friend was like "I'm really hungry" and i was like "there's a McDonald's here". So we walked in sweaty and trenched in our own oils. I approached the counter asking the kind McDonald's lady for the Marathon special which contained a full size turkey, four juicy beef patties, a full cabbage, and three kinds of mustard. The lady then looked at me with confusion and said "sir I don't know what you are asking me for". I then persisted to demand for my MC MAC as it is my constitutional right. So anyways they made me wait for more than an hour for the restroom because I was dying of diarrhea .
Terrible service. I have received broken buns previously with my orders. Today the meat In the QUARTER POUNDER DELUXE WAS UNDERCOOKED. Quality should be much better, especially since it is located in Doral.
Horrible McDonald's, STAY AWAY!Mornings here are a nightmare, they never open on time and are SLOW!Rude workers, slow service, & they never seem to get an order correct due to lack of proper English.
Absolutely horrible restaurant they are never open with their full hours they always close two or three hours early, and they always always mess your food up and then when you try to tell them they don’t care at all. By far please stay away from here

Been here a few times, they usually do a great job. Line goes by fast often, but it has some slower days every now and then for sure. Mostly a solid McDonalds though, they prepare the food pretty well too.
Very bad service on Saturday around 9:30 pm. Waited almost 10 min in drive thru in front of the order box, said hello couple of times wavibng nothing. Finally someone picked up and said sorry too many people, but I noticed other line was moving fast and also other line order was showing on my screen. When I try to order 5 small ice tea answer they do not have enough sweet tea. Someone in the management needs to revisit this store and also simple communication like please wait we will get back to you also help.
The WORST MC DONALD’S ever! I paid for and extra meat for my Big Mac and I didn’t get It. The French fries (which is actually the only reason why I choose to buy food there) we’re SO FREAKING BAD, completely cold, I mean… I thing it would be better to give them frozen to me so I could fry them. Absolutely awful! So so disappointed
