Terrible staff and horrible aptitude with people, customer ask questions in English and immediately answers in Spanish , very rude. Welcome to Doral. No cashiers everything have to be requested by the automatic machines.
The worst service that you can get. It is incredible that a bad experience will make McDonalds lose clients . Believe we are not coming back to this location and probably never come back to eat in any of your restaurants. Just because you couldn't take care of a customer.
The absolute worst McDonald's you could possibly go to avoid this place if if you can. Food is bad and customer service is even worse. The entire night crew needs to be investigated and replaced. Everyone comes to work with a attitude towards their job. ???
They need to be considerate of a person standing outside for an hour ?. Trying to get a Sausage egg Mc Muffin meal. I thought if they didnt open at 6am, at least they would open at 7am ?????. The one employee going in said their sit diner didn't open till 8am. That's ?. The Pandemic is Over!!!!!!! Hire more employees so people can sit down in the morning and eat!!!!! The guy saw me standing there!!!! He should have come over and offer me something!
Absolutely horrendous service. Drive thru line not moving so went inside. Went inside and waited 30+ min for 2 McFlurries, a sundae, and a cone. Never go here!! Go across the street to Burger King!
Operations hours are never accurate, times shown at the door say Restaurant is open until 11pm, got there at 10.30pm and it was closed, employee said they can't open.Week ago went drive thru at 12.15am and hours at the door say is open until 1am. and same thing, no service provided.
Placed an order online to pickup. The manager said they didn't received it, they charged me and said that this happens all the time, literally that it happenes every minute, asked for my order and they said I had to pay again and wait for the refund. The manager didn't have a name plate and didn't want to give me her name. One of the worst customer services. Love mc Donald's, hate this location, never again.
Service was horrible. Definitely don’t recommend going to this location. People were disrespectful and screaming. They didn’t even give us our full order and claimed that they couldn’t do anything to fix that.
We got some mcnuggets here, the girl tried to give us straight ketchup instead of asking what sauce we wanted, then when we asked for honey mustard she tried to give a single one instead of the usual two. Very stingy and strange but not a huge deal I guess, it's just Mcdonalds after all.
