We have gone to kings before and always had a fun time however this review is specially for a birthday party. I had my sons 7th birthday there this past week and it was so great! Everyone I worked with, Jason, Tina, Nicole, Chris, and Rachel were all excellent. They were very helpful and attentive. They even opened early to accommodate our birthday party. Tina, the event sales manager, was so patient with me, even after I changed the menu several times. She helped me work within my budget to plan an amazing party! So thankful to the awesome team there. Highly recommend!
We hold an company event at Kings on their private bowling area. We had a great time! My coworkers really enjoyed it. Tina was a pleasure to work with on setting everything up and Chris did an amazing job on the event day. Thank you!!
Food and drinks are good, the vibe is good as well. Unfortunately, could be 5 stars if the customer service was better, quite rude specially the front desk, you have to be patient to get a server as they have to juggle the tables and the bowling lanes. Place gets very crowded by 5-6ish PM, unable to walk crowded. They squeeze 8-9 people per lane with a very small table, they could work a better reservation system.
It was an absolute great time with the family at Kings Bowling Dining and Entertainment. I have to start by giving thanks to Laura and Marilyn. Two kindhearted managers who gave my family great customer service. From receiving us with a smile at the reception area to making sure our time bowling was pleasurable and accommodated we surely appreciate them. Also try to get Aliet as a server. She was always on top of it when it came to our order and checking up on us. Thank you team for a great experience and fun time.
Perfect place to go out with friends and have a great time. Music, food, delicious drinks and bowling, it doesn't get better than that. I think you can even do special reservations for events,birthdays and family gatherings. I highly recommend it.
I do not recommend this place, pricey, bad food. Reserved and upon arrival i was told to wait 1 1/2 hours too get a bowling bay. So disappointing.
Tuesday night at around 8 pm on 12/28. Three of us came here after a bad experience at another restaurant. We had a pitcher,shots, the dip trio and some wings which were delicious while we waited for our lane. Although it was clearly busy from the host stand, to the bar, to the lanes the staff was great. Good attitude , very polite, and clear that they have great team play when under pressure during a crazy time like the holidays. We had a manager touch the table while we were bowling and he was also very kind explained that they were stretched thin with the staff that evening. Honestly we would have never noticed. Great experience thank you to the whole team ☺️
My work team and I had our annual secret Santa here!!!! We had a blast! The food is is decent I had the boom boom shrimp. The drinks were fire!!!! I had the watermelon sugar high ?
Loved it! The staff was so nice and helpful! Very kid friendly environment and the food was delicious! I got the pulled pork sandwich omg delicious!
We went on a Saturday night, you have to make reservations for a lane. They only give you 1 1/2 hours to bowl because it gets really busy. At around 8ish a DJ comes and plays awesome music. The staff are great, but be patient because it's really busy. My only complaint is the food, we ordered beef nachos...it was cold and tasteless, so we decided on chicken wings... you can't go wrong with chicken wings...WRONG...no seasoning what so ever!. They just took the wings from the bag and fried it...horrible. So we decided not ton order anymore food, be prepared to spend money...but it was worth it at the end. Just eat some place else.
