The employees at the registers were very helpful on giving me options The food was absolutely delicious and the variety given from the different kinds of meat, to all the ingredients you can put is great. Great place to bring family or dine with friends. The atmosphere is nice as well, nice items and pictures hung up and a decent selection of beer as well. If you're looking for a good place to eat on your break or if you have time to stop by, Fuddruckers should definitely be a strong option.
Food is always tasty and prices are just OK. But this location has been deteriorating steadily and they haven't fixed any of it. They are short staffed so tables are not cleaned as quickly as they should and it just looks dirty. Bathrooms also are in need of upgrading, and cleaning, and there's almost never paper to dry hands or to grab the door handle to pull open. I'll keep being a customer but if they don't fix these things and a nicer place opens close by, that's it. Same story and fate as the Shorty's BBQ in Doral.
Always good memories while I come here .Today I came alone to enjoy a Birthday promotional BOGO Burger, when the cashier could not find the promotion the assistant manager (Jorge) got involved, and after a while trying to find the promotion he comp'd my meal.I was ready to pay for the meal but this simple gesture of exceptional customer service, had positive repercussions.Here is my analysis:The restaurant is well kept. The meals are cooked to order, and the food stations are very clean.I totally recommend this restaurant as a family environment. The decoration is interesting and entertaining.The lighting inside the restaurant is perfectly balanced.Bathrooms are clean and well supplied.There is an employee promptly picking up trays and glasses from tables "after" the customer gets up, which in itself is something that many larger restaurants do not get.Here is a little inside, in Germany -for instance- the restaurants do not remove the plates from your table, nor do they bring you the bill until you are done and request the cleanup, and even then the bill does not come immediately after the plates are picked up, doing so to a European makes the person feels like the restaurant is kicking them out to seat someone in their table.Overall, kudos to this Fuddruckers team, you made my birthday pleasant and tasty.
Consistently good burgers, shakes, and sides! Restaurant is very clean, good customer service, good variety of burgers and other sandwiches to choose from.Today I ordered the Bourbon Burger (Bourbon Glaze, bacon, caramelized onions, blue cheese). It was very tasty!Located in a strip mall so lots of parking! Wheelchair accessible ramp in front.
the burger was great and tasted really really good. I had a peanut butter shake. This should be served at the table. we had had our food for a long time, then the waiter finally came and told me in a very unfriendly tone that the shake was sold out and that I should choose something new. She was really not nice.
Had not been in a long time. Ordered a Portabella Mushroom burger. Was pretty disapointed as it was rather significantly smaller than the bread. Not worth the overpriced price hike of 12.00. I wont be ordering this here anymore...
haven’t been to a fuddrucker’s in like 8 years, and it’s basically exactly as i remember. shake was great (including the cute extra bit they give you that doesn’t fit in the glass). burger was fine, love the steak fries. a bit pricey for a lunch ($18), but still pleasant.8.2/10
The Fuddruckers is amazing. It is close to my office so my co workers and I go here every day. We either eat in or call ahead a carry out order. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to our needs and wants.
I have been a costumer of this Fuddruckers for years and tonight is the last time I will ever go again. I usually order a CHICKEN Ceasars Salad which was always well served, but today my salad had only two small pieces of chicken, so I went right away and asked for more to the manager Joseph Suarez of Doral Fuddruckers, I was so astonished to hear that man's rude comment, he said that there was way more chicken on my plate insinuating I ate it in the two seconds that I had the plate in my hand. I left very disappointed. I don't recommend anyone to go to Doral Fuddruckers while Joseph Suarez is the manager.
Place is very clean and the managers are working. Very meek coming. I will always come back. Food is fresh!!!
