I always go to this ice crean shop and had always loved it until today. I took my mom for the first time and i couldn’t regret it more. The service was absolutely awful!! We purchased 2 boxes of the 1/2KG both had huge holes in the middle of each ice cream flavor (missing product) when we told the guy helping us out he said he didn’t have to fill out the entire box because the box is bigger than a 1/2KG box. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Who wants to buy a box of ice cream half empty? To top it off he also wanted to charge us more than he was supposed to, there is a promo if you buy a 1/2KG box the second one is 50% off, regular price for this is $17 and he wanted to charge us $14.50 for the second box. The experience was just awful!
The place smelled awful. Dulce de leche tentación was grainy and passion fruit tasted like rotten mangoes.
Has a weird unpleasant smell when you walk in. Kinda makes me question their cleanliness. Also they are very pricy. It also makes me uncomfortable that they give out samples to try in a time like this. I also do not feel safe that they serve to customers without a mask!!!
Best Gelato O have tried in so long. Very nice and clean place. Very professional employee. Despite the cast in his hand he put on his clean gloves and he has been cleaning the tables out repeatedly. Highly recommend and you won’t regret.
Despite being such a popular place in the highly touristed Coral Gables area, Freddo’s mask policy is atrociously lax. This is a high traffic food business. They offer seating inside for up to 8 people when the establishment itself is already very small.I’m a frequent regular at this location and for weeks there was no soap in the restrooms— considering we still find ourselves in the middle of a pandemic, with the newest strain 4 times as contagious as the original, this is completely unacceptable and hazardous to our community.
Ice cream is all right, but I wish they took more COVID precautions. Tiny store has too many unmasked customers coughing over each other ?

It's ok. Most flavors are just like in Argentina, excepto lemon which needs to be more creamy.
Probably best ice cream in town, too expensive!!!
