Spacious restaurant, very clean, hygienic. Very nice atmosphere. The food is very rich, fresh. The attention of the waitress Deborath was great, very friendly, very good recommendations
Great place. The chicken is so tender and juicy. The hallaquitas are great companion for the chicken plus the guasacaca is heating the spot. The only bad thing about this, is the extractor is right over the counter and when the chicken is ready to go on the table, if the servers don’t take right away that chicken is like a block of ice and that happened to me twice in this facility. Everything else is good. The parchita cocktail is a must to try. I am a returning customer everytime I’m in FL.
First time visiting Francisca Charcoal Chicken and Meats. You smell their food from the parking lot. We shared a Parillita Francisca with a side of Moros. Food was good and promptly served. Our waitress Alexandra was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We will be back.
We were looking for a new spot close to MIA airport waiting on our flight. This spot is great. Our server Maria was excellent. We ordered the sampler, fish, stew, corn and cachapa. Stew was flavorful and hearty. The grill fish was soft and crispy skin perfect. Finished off the meal with churros and tre leches. The display for churros was so cute and fun. Wonderful dining experience.
We usually go to the Francisca in Miami Lakes which has always been a nice experience. The last time our waitress told us about the one in Doral being bigger and different decor. Our family and friends met at the Doral location two weeks ago for the first time. Positive - the food was good. Negative - the service was terrible. We had to ask for water and wine glasses more than once. I believe they’re were at least 3 waitresses coming to our table and not one seemed to worry about if we needed anything else. In conclusion, we were a party of seven, they knew the tip was going to be automatically added to the bill. Highly recommend the Miami Lakes location, not going back to Doral.
The food was really really good. The best roasted chicken I’ve ever tried in USA until now. The appetizers were delicious… but what made this experience more special was our server: Génesis, she was so so great that I made me want to go back.

Came to Francisca today because my husband want it to try it. The atmosphere is good for family. We are at the one in Miramar.I like the place is just a little smaller.I haven't try the food yet, I will let you know how it goes.
Highly recommend! Great venezuelan food! Parilla, chorizo, tostones, yuca frita, chicharones! Fantastic ambience and great service. Love the sangria! What's not to like?
