By far the worst service I’ve received at any Dunkin. I came in today 7/31/22 around 11:30am to buy some doughnuts for my kids and iced drinks for my self and wife. The lady at the counter didn’t get her name was extremely rude. I placed an order for doughnut holes she immediately gives me my total I informed her that I wasn’t done with my order and asked for a half dozen doughnuts. I asked for two strawberry sprinkle two chocolate sprinkles the lady once again cuts me off mentions glaze and gives me my total. At this point I informed her I wanted chocolate glaze doughnuts and that when I was done with my order I would let her know she made a face at me I placed my drink order and paid. I was given the doughnuts and waited for my drinks the lady then proceeded to ask me what I was waiting for when I informed her I was waiting on my iced drinks she once again made a face at me and made the drinks. Which the iced coffee is the worst I’ve ever had. I will be going out of my way to avoid this location by any means. I hope other patrons have better service than I did.
The food didn't taste good. Very few vegetarian options and, once again, our order was wrong. I won't go back. The app is not user-friendly. I couldn't apply the award to my purchase and getting help there was a challenge. Free beverage...please. I was still charged $1+. When I asked why, it was like talking to the wall. The cashier just stared at me like I grew a second head.
Nasty manager, the order was wrong, the hot food was inedible, but the donuts were good. The service for the walk-in side was normal (pretty quick) for getting 1&1/2 dozen donuts, which were fresh and tasty. I decided to get breakfast for my wife, who is vegetarian. I ordered the sourdough and fried egg sandwich, that comes with bacon and cheese. I ask for the bacon on the side because my wife won't eat it. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns and a medium black coffee. The sandwich was plain (no condiments or sauces) and I had to take out the bacon myself. The bread was burned around the edges, too. The hashbrowns were at the bottom of the bag, loose and extremely greasy. Finally, the manager was nasty to the employees continuously reprimanding and barking orders at employees. When I asked politely if they had my coffee ready, she snapped at me "to wait my turn" even though I already had my donuts and hot breakfast for more than 5 minutes and nobody was in front of me in the walk-in or pick up lines. All in all, the visit was disappointing. I'll buy donuts there again, but it's a hard "no" on anything else. You should try another Dunkin instead.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. One hour waiting in line and my autistic daughter and I walked out without donuts. Order online if you wanna be considered person.
Wife never been a Dunkin so we went. Customer service was great and they made good recommendations.
This was the fiest dunkin I've been to in Florida. Despite being short staffed, the team here was really nice and so pleasant and you can tell they were working hard. I wanted to leave them a tip but there was a sign that said that the staff can't receive any. I thought that was unfair and pretty ridiculous. Note to management: treat your staff better!
Went here today for the first time. When I got to the register the attendant told me we are no longer taking food orders at this moment because we are backed up with online orders. Excuse me what does that say to all the people in line with food orders? I guess we don’t matter. I was only able to put in a coffee order and they put in the wrong order and gave me the wrong coffee I ordered a hot chai tea and I received a Matcha and the guy goes to me you said Macha!! Dude I know what I ordered!!
MY FIRST DUNKIN EXPERIENCEthis was my first time trying dunkin’ after visiting florida for the holidays… the food and service were spectacular AMAZING … i was really surprised as the location seemed more on the quiet side . a worker with short hair helped me and was very kind . thank you florida, dunkin’, and the very nice worker .
Y'all need to have a gluten free option.
Lady was the only one there and was very rude. Mumbled while she spoke to me. She was on a personal phone call while taking my order and ignored what I was saying. Got my order wrong twice and made me feel dumb for trying to explain to her what it is I wanted. Horrible customer service. Someone walked out when they saw the way she was treating the only two customers inside. Will not come back
