I don't know what these other reviews are saying about this place but this is an amazing place. Maybe it was a difference in the shift but the customer service in here was amazing they welcomed us to Cold Stone and even gave us compliments. And of course the ice cream was delicious.
Erykah and Chris were phenomenal! They provided excellent customer service despite being swamped with orders back to back! She was funny and had great vibes! The ice cream always tastes better when the people are great!
The store is supposed to close at 11:00PM on Fridays according to google. We got there before 9:00PM and they where already closed.
Ice cream was delicious. Probably one of the best ones I’ve had. The service was pretty fast, but I could barely hear him behind the mask and with a low voice. We took a while to decide on the flavors, which seemed to annoy them a little bit, even though there were no other customers in line. The range of flavors and toppings were pretty wide and again the taste was superb. The bathrooms were clean.
I am a regular buyer of this chain, but in this unit that I went to today I left with a very bad experience. Terrible service, no type of professionalism on the part of its workers, they work with very little desire and very dirty. I recommend this place to no one.
We made a custom cake online 24hr as is required, and 1.5 hour later I received a phone call from a lady making lame excuses about the order and asking me lo cancel because they won’t make it (they can’t) never gave a reason why.Weston location did the cake gladly and kind, To the Owner of the store just keep an eye on your team bc they simply don’t Care and is a shame, we are locals that love the product but the customer service is always the worst. Never back there.
Apparently the employees at this location enjoy doing the bare minimum. Second bad experience here. Last time went in person and the guy didn't want to do HIS JOB!! Now, we placed an order through Uber Eats, and they gave us the wrong order. Employees should be more careful when dispatching orders and pay attention to what they do. Very disappointing!!
Literally so bad as soon as we walked in the girl gave us the most disgusting face. Like if you don’t want it be here to find another job… Simple. Non the fact we asked for them tomake milkshakes and they were like no milkshakes. Horrible horrible customer service. Cold stone needs to check who they hire. If you don’t like it work somewhere else.
This is the WORST Coldstone location. I normally go to the coldstone by my house but this is close to my sons school so at times I stop by. One time I ordered a kids size and was surprised with the amount of ice cream they put , it was minimal, I was almost in disbelief so I said something and they say that’s how much they serve for kids . Months later I am here again, the serving size was a little better but the toppings not mixed in lol , so I asked why and he said they don’t mix in toppings for kids sizes …. What?! ? I guess those rules only apply for this location , I’ve never ever had an issue at the one by my house . Long story short I ended up upgrading from kids to a small size so my kid can have his toppings mixed in . Ridiculous.I normally don’t take the time to do reviews but this was truly a slap in the face and I’ll take the time to write to coldstone directly because is just unacceptable.
Cold stone is underrated. You get a large portion for just $6 bucks with $0.75+ add on mix ins. (pricing may vary and pricing could be invalid based on location.)I love the create my own “Gotta Have It” which is a large. It’s great for a quick ice cream, ice cream date at an affordable price.
