This chipotle is a shame for online orders, I am sure they are purposely under filling it, bowls are 1/2 size as if you do it there, two times in a row I am paying double meat and they put less than single meat in the last 3 weeks. Last time I asked for one loaded bowl and another one plain and as you see in the pictures the loaded (right) looks smaller than the plain. I am complaining with corporate as well. Shame
I was there early, a few minutes after opening so it was super clean, well organized, not busy, got my food fast and it tasted amazing
Yesterday was really bad service. I decided to give this place a shot but now I regret it.I went to get a veggie bowel and asked for more Vaggies only to be told we don’t have any more. The guy was laying to me because he looked and saw the line and wanted to get rid of me. What a shame if this place. I don’t blame the guy I blame the manager that make this guy the one fill orders and be the cashier in the same time. He got so slammed and those lazy people just take their time. What a shameful service.
I was very happy and surprised with my soft flour tacos. I don't know why I didn't expect this here, but it was delicious. The line was long for lunch, but moved at a decent pace. I didn't like feeling rushed when trying to give three different orders, but I kind of understand. Next time, if picking up for a group, we will order online.
Arrived at 6 pm on May 19, 2022. Young Hispanic male approached me to service me. I proceeded to ask if there was chicken left, to which he responded it would take 2 min to cut the chicken. I told him I would wait. A young African American male with bunned braids was summoned from behind the kitchen. He began suiting up for the task about 5 min thereafter, at a very slow pace. Once he had diced up a few servings worth of chicken, the young Hispanic male approached me to service me. He served up a bowl or rice , there weren’t any black beans either so I opted for pinto. When the young Hispanic man went to scoop some of the chicken for my bowl, the young African American male told him not to. The Hispanic male asked “are you serious?”, the young African American ignored the question. I walked out.
First time and last. It was a bad experience. It was a big order for a supervisors meeting. We read the items for each bowl but the server, a lady was in a very bad mood. She shovel the food as she wanted, not what we asked for. My coworker and me didn't say anything else because when we tried to explain we needed the right food she gave us a bad attitude. If we called the manager the line that was up to the door would get more packed.
Double check your order, I have ordered to eat home multiple times and something is usually missing. This time was the cheese . I went at 7:20 pm and they didn't have cheese for the chips or steak , it's ridiculous. Order to pick up it's your best choice and triple check you bag before you go. People there need to be paid more in order to do a better job

I dont used to do this but it happens 2 times that I am ON TIME to order food and manager said that he doesnt want to cook carnitas, I said back to its not closed the restaurant and after all he gave the permission to cook, then other day the restaurant shows they closed at 10 pm, I was there at 9 and once again manager told us we cant eat inside bc it was “take out only”. all chairs were already up to the table … they werent close and the hours doesnt work like that… (???)If you dont like your job dont do it, as simple as that ;)
I was giving this chipotle another chance but service still the worst and the manager here is the most unprofessional person I have seen this guy was talking harsh with customers and making fun with co- workers I came at 7:20 so you will know the name of the manager because he did not wanted to tell me, they should were a name tag.Thank you
