I use to love this place for happy hour. However, I went with my mother and we both got sick with a burning sensation in our stomachs. Justin was our server was nice but, just kept disappearing my soda couldn't get a refill. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this place ever again.
Good food. The potatoe soup was delicious.

1. Waitress checked in only once after the initial introduction2. We were there for 50 min and not asked what we would like to order3. We ordered the white spinach question. We got the COLD chips and salsa with no queso, after 10 min the dip arrived it arrived with no spinach guacamole or pico. Plus, we were done with the first round of chips already and had to ask a runner for more, at least they were hot this time.We left since we got practically no service after 50 and that only because you can pay at the table if not who knows how long it'd be to get our our bill. Still we tipped $5 ?♀️, we should have left nothing.I'm only writing this because the last 3 times I have had horrible experiences.They need to be conscious of the service and leave some tables closed instead of taking everybody that walks through the door if both the food and service are going to suffer this much. ?I'm done with this chilis.
As always. Baby back ribs. Nice place. But. Last step to pay. Waitress took my card information at the table without confirmation to myself. She did it all steps and no ticket or email to me. Mistake and illegal. Thanks
If you want a really really good burger, don't go to any other places. This Chili's Grill & Bar is the real deal! Special mention to the waitress who attended me... so sweet and professional... I think I fell in love with her, at first sight ?Well done guys!!
Food was great! Server was fun! Get there just before the lunch rush, it helps!

Besides the table being dirty (we had to clean it up, and my coworkers decided to stay). The food was good and the service ok. I perceive sometimes; not all people are suited for customer service and here in Miami we have huge issues on that.PS the waitress removed the napkins we showed her with the dust we cleaned and told us that was due to construction at the place ??♂️
