The hiring process is horrible! There was a flood warning for most of the day and our son was expected to go to an interview today?!? Tropical storm winds and with a one day notice for this interview. Get it together, management. The fact that you have your employees working in the sun for hours taking orders and then expect for them to dress like they are interviewing for a corporate office job is ridiculous! ?The HR rep that called him pretended to be understanding and lied when she told him that he would be added to a waiting list. He dodged a bullet for sure.
I have spent a ridiculous amount of money here for years. They have lines that go out into the street and after waiting for I don't know how long all I had was a $50 bill on me for them to tell me " We don't accept $50" I spoke to a manager that I think went by the name Adrian and according to her it's because they've recently received fraudulent cash. A bill reader cost 50 bucks.... I can't believe they had me waiting in the line for that long for nothing. I've never been so furious.
This is the worse chick-fil-A that I’ve visited , I asked for the Cobb salad without egg but I was told that there were no specials that day so I couldn’t have the salad without the egg, the chocolate shake was anything but a chocolate shake , thank god the chicken nuggets were decent , I had way better attention in most chick-fil-A . Resuming , not coming back to this one .
I was at Doral showing properties today and I decided to stop by Chick-fil-A in Doral. I was very happy because the line was not long. I received my order and as I was driving away, I noticed my fries were soggy and the french fries container was half empty. My chicken sandwich was delicious.

So the placed is packed and they decide to set aside several tables for “employees” only, which most of them were vacant. I couldn’t sit down for 5 mins to eat my lunch because I was not an employee. Forget this place. I don’t know what’s the big deal. You can get chicken anywhere.

Closed the dine in area at 7pm, no mention of this online. Came all the way from the UK for this disappointment. Still taking drive through orders so you can eat if you have a car, makes no sense.
