They didnt ask me if i wanted vegetables in my meal....i turned back and said that i wanted ot without vegetables and they said that i will need to pay it again, apart from the fact that they are excesively over priced... never again
I went today for breakfast and my card was charged 2 times because their system had an issue I was told I would get a refund in a few hours, I called 5:40pm to ask why it’s taking so long and was told that they have nothing to do with it and to call back and speak to whoever took my order to see if I qualified for a refund. Horrible customer service, disputing it with my bank.
First time ordering here look at what they sent me. Ridiculous!!

I have been coming here almost daily for years. The service is top notch from Viviana and Jenny. Always great customer service always. Empanada pabellon are delicious and the make great coffee as well. The arepas are large and very well filled. I definitely recommend!
I have visited this place for years, it's one of favorite places to have a good cup of coffee, eat fresh and delicious home-cooking like food and receive the upmost courteous customer service, Maria Antonia, Vivian and Jenny are always very special.

Ordered 2 egg sandwiches but the lady behind the counter didn't understand English so after showing her on the menu what we wanted and five minutes of ordering ... took about 12 minutes to cook and I ended up with 1egg sandwhich with 1 piece of bacon for 6$ and 1 ham and cheese cold cut pressed Cuban which idk why she made that it was 8am and I ordered 2 egg sandwiches. Thank God I won't be going back there again!

Excellent place to eat Venezuelan food! Delicious, creamy and perfect coffee !!! the food is always fresh and super delicious, and the best of all is that the attention is also excellent, very attentive and friendly girls. Recommended 100%
