Went to this place and the food was great! After you order, they bring your food to your table. The first two hours of parking are free, so that's a plus. I felt the food was a little overpriced, but any dish is enough for one person, and you will be full afterwards. The place is also nice and clean and has outdoor sitting in case you wish to be outdoors. I had a chicken wrap, which was great. My boyfriend had the impossible burger plate, and it was also really good.

extremely disappointed & grossed out by the food i just received from carrot express through uber eats. i ordered eggs with sourdough toast. the eggs were extremely undercooked with ZERO salt or flavor. the toast was so hard i couldn’t even bite a piece of it off. and the pumpkin zucchini muffin had again, zero flavor and didn’t taste fresh at all. how can you guys send food off for delivery like this? it was my first time and i wont be back. atleast at this location.

I went here for lunch and purchased the fire wrap with tuna and mozzarella cheese. I also ordered the lentil and kale soup. I had 2 lemon water. The wrap is sizeable for someone cutting calories. I couldn't finish it so it has some size. Overall this was a good mostly vegetarian meal that was tasty

When a customer arrives at the register for the first time, the cashier must speak with enthusiasm and clarity, this was not the case. I don't understand why they put people to work who know almost nothing about customer service.The young man who attended us did not speak, and did not feel like anything.The food was regular...The girl who brought us the food has been very nice, thanks to her attitude, the experience was not so bad, but please teach your employees that customer service has to be something natural, genuine, not a fake smile. Offering good customer service is acknowledging the customer and being polite; it is not that hard.

I like the food from this place. I now know that it is better to place the order thru Uber. Thank you Gabriella! **------------------------------------------------------------------I am giving a three star to this location because of my experience ordering thru the web page. I placed an order online and I never received it. Restaurant says that they have no control because the order is delivered by Door Dash. Door Dash says that since the driver could not find the address (address was validated by the web page when I placed the order), they returned the order to the restaurant.In the meantime, I was charged and I never got my order and neither the restaurant not Door Dash offered to give me a refund.I am disappointed with the customer service of the restaurant because even though I then placed the order again thru Uber, they did not offer to give me a credit from my online order.Other than this experience, food is good.

Ordered a poke bowl with quinoa and salmon. The fish was fresh and overall it tasted great. However, the poke bowl was supposed to have spicy mayonnaise and pickled ginger (as is the case with most of these dishes), but the one I got didn’t have either. They included a cilantro lime sauce instead? When I went inside to ask, they told me they had mixed in the mayo, the eel sauce with the quinoa, and they had finely chopped in the pickled ginger. I went back to my plate to check and could not find a trace of the mayo or the ginger. They gave me a little container with ginger, which was great, but I still think they should have added it to the dish as indicated in the description or maybe admitted they had forgotten?

I placed an order through Uber eats. My salad arrived without the chicken just vegetables. When I called the restaurant Felipe told me that the only thing they could do was give me a credit for the next time. They really think I'm that stupid. I'll never order from them again. They obviously don't read the orders because the chicken was an extra item.

They started good but now they are serving minute made juice with some added sugar and that gives stomach pain they should not do that for $11. They should just say hey today we don’t have natural juice.
