Don and I left cruise ship celebrating our 14th marriage anniversary and decided to stay in Miami for the weekend before going home, so we checked into the Intercontinental Hotel on the airport side. Lunch featured a Peruvian buffet, which Don ate and thoroughly enjoy the cultured items. I ordered off the menu. Our waiter Bostoux was friendly, attentive, and served delicious, hot food ? I had grilled salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, and hot Lobster bisque! We shall dine again! Tonight ?

The restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night, so we were quite worried that it was going to be awful, but much to our delight, it was actually quite good. The service was quite attentive and the menu has selections for everyone

German was our waiter. He and the rest of the staff where so attentive. They came around frequently to see if we needed anything and clean the plates from our table. German went above n beyond to attend to our every need. He deserves a raise for his excellent service. I have been to this restaurant many times. The service, food, and presentation are spot on every time.

Had Mother's Day brunch at Blue Matisse. The restaurant is GREAT, chef walks around to make sure everything is ok. FOOD is delicious, huge variety of everything, seafood, kids items, dessert, salad, sushi. Good for any picky eater. The receptionist is VERY friendly, always smiling, helped to take pictures (by the way, she is good taking pictures, she did not cut the legs or arms or people's head. Believe or not, when you ask random people, they do that). Plenty of parking space, beautiful surrounding, they had nice decoration for Mother's day. Cheese table was beautifully decorated, bottomless mimosas. It was worth the $65 for Mother's day. Server German was great, friendly, professional. I highly recommend this location.

Had breakfast and it was wonderful. Our waiter, German, was courteous, attentive to our wants. We also had drinks and appetizers at the Concierge. Fernando was always helpful. We got in 5 mins before end of the happy hour, and he was very empathetic since we had been traveling all day long. Thank you to both for making our stay more comfortable

The 5 star reviews have to be fake. This has to be the worst restaurant experience I had the misfortune to go through in Miami. Every dish was worse than the last, whomever made this ceviche has never tried a good one, there was so much vinegar that it was impossible to taste the fish. The octopus was swimming in some kind of sweet sauce, the lobster bisque had too much cream and the candied walnut salad did not have candied walnuts. The service was even worse, waited 40 minutes for the soup and the server dropped it, then realized it was the wrong order anyway. Then they made a mistake in the bill and had to wait another 15 minutes for an updated one. Avoid.

We had breakfast there twice. It was excellent!!!!! Great service. German was very attentive to our needs. He was always there with coffee and anything else we needed. Food was good, no matter what we had. But the Fried Yuca balls were a delight!!!! We will Definitely go back to the Intercontinental Hotel

Service was excellent. Some of the food was cold but expected on a buffet. Desserts were delicious. Mr.Boston’s was incredible and went above and beyond service wise making sure me and the company I was with were well taken cared of.

Such a wonderful experience with the absolute best breakfast hosts- Aury and Beatriz made our stay. They are angels. ?

Lunch was outstanding. We try to come once a week. The lunch theme changes daily and today the food was from Asia. Love it. Friday is Peruvian so we might come back.
