Service was very slow. Our server didn't bring out the condiments with our food. We had to ask her twice to bring them. She didn't check in with us, we had to flag her down for refills, which also took a long time. She didn't seem stress, very passive. But she didn't have any sense of urgency when we didn't get the items we ordered.
This was our first time here. The food and service were excellent! Our server William was so terrific; efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable especially when making suggestions on what to order from the menu since everything looked so good! He was right on point too, as everything was so delicious and great portions (We even had food to take home)! It was truly a great dining experience for both my kids and I! We'll definitely be back again!
Came in on a Saturday at about 7pm. The place was more than half full, but the bar had plenty of seating so I pulled up a seat.I've never been to a BJ's restaurant, and found that there's LOTS to choose from! I started with a Guinness (that's mah jam)- the bartenders were friendly, and easy to talk to. I also tried their Root Beer Glazed boneless wings (because there's a bone-in wing shortage?? ?) Anyhoo I really enjoyed the glaze flavor! Hint of root beer, hint of spice.. very good! I then went for the Seared Ahi Salad. FRIGGIN YUM!! Everything was fresh, the crunch of the cold veggies with the rice wine vinaigrette, and the tuna with the wasabi aioli? DEEZAM, DEBO! Then... THEN.. I ended it with a single scoop of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, hot fudge drizzle and a cherry (a sundae is not on the menu)??Overall I had a fabulous food experience. Love the lavender, peach and strawberry lemonade . Deep dish pizza Ham and pineapple wasn't that good we have an after taste ham or pineapple kind of sour it was strange.Spaghetti with jumbo meatballs not good. Spaghetti sauce has hard pieces or celery tips and it taste like pizza sauce. Meatballs were ok.Thank you, anyway , for your service.
What a great experience we had at BJ's with the family. A great restaurant with amazing food and a superb staff. Our server Eric should teach a Master class on being an excellent server. His dynamic personality and great spirit made the experience and the night out so worth it. Please come with your families, you will have a wonderful time.
Great service with our whole dining experience. Eric was our server and her went above and beyond for everything we ordered, knowledgeable, very attentive, and great attitude overall. Can’t give one complaint - great guy and great food !
