I went to this place with my wife to celebrate my sister in law b’day.. It was a Ladies Night, and since the attendees of our celebration were mostly women, it seemed like Good news, right? Wrong!!!! Everything, music and food was ok, but at the time of the check: SURPRISE!!!This place Ladies Night policy states that if there is at least one man along with girls in the same table, Ladies Night discount is voided and all Ladies must pay Full Price.. To me it looks like a false advertising.
We had a great time!!The food, the music and the customer service were exceptional.We will go back!
I went here last month during Happy hour. My Modelo beer was $6... About right. I returned last Wednesday evening asked if was still Happy hour. The same server said yes, until 8pm. I ordered 2 Modelos and gave her a $20. She gave me back two dollars I asked her if the beers were $9 each. She said yes. So, I won't be coming back. And I'm telling my other coworkers who stay at the Hampton Inn to forget this place.
The guy in front was kinda like “I’ll let you in, but gotta buy a bottle”—maybe he wanted to bounce me out for my outfit (casual) but was kinda a “way” for him to let me in.I ordered a bottle of Jack Daniel’s, they brought me a Johny Walker 12 yrs. They opened before I could say something. Besides not bringing me the bottle I wanted, I got an expensive one!It is the first time it happens, but it changed.I won’t be back.
Amazing!!!! In love with the place. We got VIP seats but the whole bar and floor was incredibly crowded and nice. Friendly service as well as staff. ❤️????
Bill was overcharged, food take for ever to come and it was cold and burn. Not a good place to eat and neither to drink. Do not open a table, after certain time the bartenders will put more drinks than they serve. And most of them are in training to serve but pretty good to overcharge the bill. We ask to talk to the manager and the owner comes..his answer was very rude and tell us that is more places at Doral. That's True...WE ARE NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.
SCAM ALLERT!!!! SCAM ALLERT!!!Our bill was over $475 WITH TIP INCLUDED!! Which even though it was expensive, it added up. Then the waitress said that the included tip (18%) was all going to the bar. Then she asked if I could give her her tip in cash. NOPE! Per my request, she charged my card on file for my part of the bill and then separately for the remainder but at that point and after she charged it, she said the bill couldn't be split. The manager then came back and said that because it was charged twice, the bank would flag it as fraud. They were going to refund the card and needed a new one. So they charged my new card with the full amount with the tip included. Definitely my mistake to give them a new card, but they were going to refund the full amount or I was going to dispute it. They refunded my other card, but they did not refund the full amount. They kept the tip. So they charged the tip twice. THAT IS WERE THE SCAM WAS! I am reporting this as credit card fraud and WILL PRESS CHARGES!!
Amazing service with a smile & the food was outstanding.
Just ok place; Dj needs to play different types of latin music, service average; no wonder place was half empty on a Friday.
Nice place and great music, just the table server kind of mistreat us at the beginning when we just asked for singles beers at the moment, and she gave us that look, then she sent her friend to assist us and we actually ended up spending a lot of money that night and left a huge tip.
