$60 for 30 wings and one fry would be fine while on vaca if they were actually good. Quoted 30 mins. Walked in exactly 20 mins later and they were already done so once we get them to our condo everything is just barely warm. The wings were the tiniest wings we’ve ever seen. There is no way the ranch is the same one everyone raves about. No flavor at all. We were so excited to finally try Wingstop since we don’t have one near us at home and this was a MAJOR let down.
Went on 6/14/22 here in Destin, Fl. Dissatisfied to say the least! They didn’t have any chicken! Smh! I just cannot understand how a chicken place doesn’t have any chicken! They didn’t have any corn or bread either! They said they only had the tenders! I left and sat outside for a minute and I seen the workers in the back eating chicken tenders out in the open like it was nothing! Just not a good experience at all!
The lady at the register was nice, but no greeting or smile. The other staff was all sitting in the back playing on their phones. The food was hot, tasted good, and the orders were correct and quick. The restroom was out of soap and paper towels. The back hallways was stacked up with paper products and other stock that looked like it needed to be put away. During our meal we kept waving away small flies, but I couldn't visibly see any food left out, etc., so I assumed it was because we were seated toward the front of the restaurant/door. I'm sure we will be back, because it's a reasonable place for wings close to us. But there is room for improvement.
Great customer and great food
They did not call us when our order was ready to pickup. We waited over 30 minutes inside for dinner. We ask about our food and they handed us our bags. Fries were cold and they failed to honor the 2 dips. Ask for blue cheese and got 2 ranch. This will be my only and last time eating at wing stop. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Super disappointed with my meal today. The drinks and wings tasted awful! Chicken was dry and our cokes tasted like someone had urinated in them. Hopefully that wasn't the case.. never getting takeout here again!
Have been a local for over 20 years and used to be a regular until several years ago. Placed website order ( tried to call but phone message said this location doesn't answer phone) which noted 16-21 minutes. Arrived at 20 minutes. At first couldn't find order when I gave last name but then finally found it and said I should have used first name. Was then told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Said "Wow" and simply turned and walked to back of store to wait (no seats as chairs were piled up to blockade rest of store) . Guess no one allowed to use rest room). At this point counter person turned and loudly said "what's his problem and amazing how people can be" and proceeded to carry on loudly with lady preparing order. Lady then carried on about how guess I didn't know we work 7 days ago week and bust their butts etc.... I didn't say a word and another lady waiting said "what's their deal?". I shrugged and said nothing. Order done 10 minutes later (now 35 minutes) and brought to front. Went to pick up order. No apology for being late which wasn't a big deal and as turning to leave, counter person announced sarcastically and loudly "you're welcome" as though I had to thank him for being rude and order being late. At that point I'd had enough and turned back and said "pardon me?" He then said "you heard me" and I said " yeah, I did and I don't appreciate you being rude and I heard you berating me loudly with your coworker which I didn't care for either. He said that's too bad and at that point not wanting to make things worse I simply turned around and walked out. I get the worker shortages but I don't feel being treated rudely when order is late after paying $39 for 20 wings and one order of fries I had to pick up is asking too much. Never expected or required an apology for the late order but didn't expect rude treatment. Wings were mediocre (too bad - used to be best in town) as my BBQ wings were not tossed and simply had BBQ sauce thrown on top and siting in pool of sauce. BTW, anyone reading this - as a local try Landshark Pizza wings. Way better and locally owned. I won't be back and wouldn't advise others to dine there either.
Fantastic wings. Fast friendly service with a smile. Only negative was 1 of 3 forgotten sauce in a take out order.
Great place! With good food. We went with a bunch of friends and we all loved it!
Only taking online orders, when I order wings from here I have to make sure to tell them cook hard or else they will be undercooked. New manager there is very unprofessional.
