Do not get shrimp or hibachi. Paid 50 bucks for the wagyu and half of the steak was much less cooked and definitely didn't taste like it was worth 50 bucks. Rice was very boring and I'm convinced the "shrimp" isn't even shrimp at this point, no color to it at all and it was extremely tough. Also the tables were barely big enough to fit all our plates on. Just a disappointment but i should have assumed that an Irish Japanese place wasn't gonna be great. Our waiter jade was great though
Nothing special, sushi was average. We ordered ginger sald and the “dressing” seemed like it was just crushed up carrots. Would probably not go back
My experience at McGuire’s sushi was fantastic! My server Kellie was very outgoing, sweet and very attentive to our needs. I got the hurricane roll and miso soup, the soup was very tasteful and the sushi was just right. We will be visiting back very soon!
Fenomenal taste and fresh incredients. This sushi quality landed very close to my experience at Kioto, Japan. And thats the home of sushi where I see it. Our waitress (Kellie) was super friendly and completed the wonderfull experience. Totally recomnented!
The food and service was great. Far better than I expected actually. Allison was quick and attentive. It was not a very busy night, she even put on a movie for us rather than sports so that was really nice. I think the others were Brice and Jojo, not sure. But everyone was friendly and did a great job of explaining the menu items, what they liked, and why. We will definitely be back.
This was arguably some of the best and freshest sushi we have had any where. We had spicy tuna roll which was sensational. We also had sashimi and California rolls. Everything was very good. I even thought the wasabi was some of the freshest. I think the only downside was the selection was a bit limited with rolls being the main offering. If you like rolls, you cannot go wrong here
Went for our anniversary. Service was top notch. Food was awesome and presentation was in point. Definitely would go again. It honestly reminded my wife and I of the sushi bar we went on our first date to 12 yrs ago.
Because this is an Irish Pub, I was a little unsure about coming here for sushi, but boy am I glad I did! The sushi was amazing. Masterfully done. Very fresh, clean flavors, and beautiful presentation.
o...m.... g!!!!! Bjorn just made the hands down best sushi I ever had in my life! I mean ill be honest.... I only like sushi every now and then! But that has now changed!!!! He made some of the best combinations i could ever ask for! Ask him about the hot sauce! Game changer!!
Best sushi I've ever had and I eat it at the least, 2-3 times a week. Sushi Chef has the palette figured out and what pairs perfectly together. Go off menu and have some fun with his creativity! It's so worth it! All the staff was fantastic and a lot of fun. The young gentleman behind the bar made great suggestions and wonderful service. Let him surprise you with one of his drink suggestions! Food was beautiful! We enjoyed our experience there so much!
