Great food great atmosphere
Excellent seafood! Great service.
We ordered the High Roller Seafood Combo. The cost of this was $195. Every bit of it was over cooked! Crab stuck to the shells. We had better Shrimp at the Chain Shrimp Hut.It’s a shame…..We were excited to eat at this restaurant and after a $400+ bill that I paid. I wouldn’t suggest this restaurant to anyone. There are better options that are so over priced! They also charged our party of 6 20% Gratuity. Their menu clearly stats 20% gratuity for party’s of 8 or more.I probably would’ve tipped more because the waitresses were good and the issues weren’t with them.
Mahi fish taco had the smallest sliver of fish on both mine and my husbands tacos. So we basically paid for a tortilla a veggie. The blue margarita is very basic and not very good. Best bet is beer. Upstairs had a great view, lots of t.vs good place for a game. The kids had popcorn shrimp, and chicken and ate it all they also enjoyed the cookies that came with it.
I went with a friend and sat at the bar only to have the single worst service. The bartender came up on her own one time in the hour we were there to take our drink orders, we then had to flag her down 10 minutes later to place appetizer orders. We then completely finished our drinks and appetizers and sat for 20 full minutes without so much as a look in our direction from the bartender. Eventually I asked the gentleman working the sushi bar if we could place entree orders and he said he would let her know, and he did… and then we waited 15 more minutes before giving up and asking the gentleman for our check. When the bartender finally did come over to drop the check the gentleman at the sushi bar mentioned we’d wanted to order entrees and she literally just shrugged and walked away. Truly worst service I’ve had in a long time. Food is not good enough to return after that.
Not a real long wait and the food was delicious. The view over the water and live band below was nice too. The only bad thing was the parking lot. We had to park across the busy street.
First, they don’t have hush puppies but ok overlooked that. Brought 8 fillets to be cooked from fishing trip. I wanted cooked blackened and fried. At first I was told only one way, I said I would pay extra if possible. Waitress returned and said 4 dollars extra. Fine. We get out plate, one fillet, ONE and only one was fried. The rest blackened. I’ll never return.
We honestly only stopped here because we couldn’t find another restaurant without a long wait for dinner. But- the food was good and the service and music were great.
When we arrived we were able to be sat immediately. But the server took ten minutes to even come and greet the table. When he did he took our drink orders and we asked for a round of waters as well. He came back shortly after with no drinks. Took our appetizer and food order and went back.Shortly after, we still had no drinks but our appetizers came out, followed by our food. Still no drinks Frustrated I went and asked for an update on our drinks and to get everyone a water. It’s been 45 minutes at this point. 10 minutes later we finally got waters.Speaking to the manager nothing really got done. Our checks were still a disaster. The manager didn’t seem to care about our concerns. We never got drinks, had to ask for silverware, all of our tickets were messed up and it took 3-4 tries to get it corrected. Absolutely ridiculous. And no one seemed to be worried or have a single care for any issue we had. While making sure to give perfect service to other tables.I understand the possibilities of being short staffed but it gets to the point where it’s not okay.I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It wasn’t even busy, just bad service. Would’ve rather spent my time and money elsewhere. Complete waste of an hour.
Excellent food & staff. The girls enjoyed the live music
