Dining room still closed. Raised their prices during COVID but refuse to open dining room despite 95% of other restaurants having open theirs. I order a soft taco Supreme meal and one additional soft taco Supreme. When my food was handed to me it was short a taco. They added one in. When I opened my tacos none of them had tomatoes. Two had no lettuce, just cheese and meatDon't eat at this location. Worst Taco bell experience of my life.
I told them I wanted 3 Doritos locos tacos and I only got 1. Turns out , I had only paid for 1 and she heard me wrong. Which is totally fine and I was willing to pay for them ! But then the girl at the drive through window told me I had to drive back around and wait again in the line to get the tacos I had ordered originally. Like you seriously couldn’t just give me what I thought I had already ordered ? So irritating
got to the drive though two minutes early, told the lady we were fine with waiting until they opened as we were just looking at the menu. she told us we couldn’t and we had to leave and come back in two minutes. we tried to get coffee since it was in their board. and apparently they don’t have coffee at this location, then why is it on your menu?
We ordered 1 quesadilla, 2 tacos, 2 waters, and a freeze and sat in the drive through for more than 15 minutes. The lady at the window would say how much it is, then walk away before you could give her payment, this happened twice because I paid with two gift cards. Once she tried giving us our 3 drinks at one time she said very rudely, “How are you gonna get these”. She closed the window before she gave us straws and would not look back over, once we finally got her attention she practically threw the straws in the car and slammed the window shut. The cheese was not melted at all in the quesadilla and it tasted very salty for some reason.
This Taco Bell has really fallen off. I was told they were only accepting cards, no cash. I then had to pull around after ordering, when there was only one vehicle behind me. However, out front there were 4 other vehicles waiting for their orders. Apparently, this is to falsely show there's no one in the queue at the drive thru by having them park out front. Plus, my man gave me 1 packet of hot sauce for the 5 items I ordered ?
This Taco Bell do not care about the speed of delivery. Their kiosk is very buggy and doesn’t have all the products. The speed of delivery was really bad. I would encourage everyone to honestly provide feedback to Taco Bell that their insistence of ordering online and on Kiosk may not be ideal for larger order. Our order took at least 30 minutes longer because of self ordering due to large number of people in our party.The manager was also very rude and not interested in feedback. The experience we had today was the worst one at Taco Bell at Destin, Fl.
Got “the last bag” of cinnamon twists and was excited only to find that they tasted like chemicals. Probably old oil or poorly cleaned equipment. Gross.
Saw a new coffee was on menu... Destin location doesn't serve it. Employee told me they don't even have the machine, but it's on your menu. I would definitely tape paper over that not available. Meal was also wrong. This location is usually pretty good compared to Fort Waltons.
Never leave this Taco Bell without checking the bag. They have forgotten or messed something up every single time I have ordered, no exaggeration. Ask for some of every sauce, you get 0 of each sauce. Ask for 2 quesadillas, you get 1. Worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life
Always fast, always friendly, almost always correct orders......but never enough hot sauce in our bags.
