these employees get slaughtered on the daily by tourists. been down here almost a year & mobile order maybe 2-3 times a week & they are always pleasant, run like a well oiled machine, & my drink is always on point. thank you guys! i hope people are nice to you!
Out of caramel macchiato.got out order wrong. Ordered hot coffees and were presented with iced. Took a while to get the order correct. Cashier kept saying oatmilk coffee. That wasn't mentioned. Not a good experience
Excellent customer service! The line moved super quickly, and they handled my add-on at the window professionally.
We visited this Starbucks daily during our vacation in Destin. Found the drive-thru to be very efficient (long line moved well). Orders were accurately made, including a complex one from a serious coffee-drinker and ordered during a thunderstorm. Don't miss the entrance immediately after turning onto Matthew Blvd or you'll be heading in the wrong direction to get to the drive-thru.
Starbucks is Dr Evil corp for sure but so just about everything anymore. The best thing about this place was the staff. Very friendly and understanding. Great coffee and the impossible breakfast sandwich. The impossible is protein packed and leaves you satisfied for a long time.
About 1 hour ago I ordered a Breve Latte which is made with Half & Half. Paid $7+ for coffee with possibly skim milk. Just a FYI. I live here so that made it worse.
I’m a local to Destin and basically show up to this Starbucks every single day. Some of the staff recognize me and never fail to make my order perfect every single time. This time and the past time I’ve ordered an online order and let me start off by saying , I’m not sure what new staff is at this place but they are so rude. So so so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. My drink has been shorted both times and rather than them remaking it based on the proper measurements , they poor milk into my cup. I didnt ask for milk. I asked for it to be remade the proper way. For the sake of this not being a an essay review, I’ll leave it here. Do better Starbucks. This isn’t Dunkin.
Awful service. Barista made my drink incorrectly. When I asked for it to get remade 3 employees behaved irate all ganging up. The poor manager must deal with this a lot because he seemed embarrassed by his employees behavior.
The drive through was extremely slow. Seemed like they took the order and didn’t take the next car order until car ahead was served.
My order is the same everyday but what is delivered is not the same. Maybe more training is required for the coffee makers!
