As my wife stated terrible experiences and when you call into customer care they care less then this actual location
Worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive through. Sat for close to 30 minutes without being acknowledged so we order through the app and as soon as we pay they get on the speaker and tell us it will be a 40 minute wait for 2 slushiest and two shakes. So total 70 minutes we would wait. After asking for a refund we were told to call the app because they don’t do refunds. So we were stuck and had to just wait because of course the app doesn’t give us a number. Absolutely terrible service and had they just acknowledged us from the beginning we could have avoided all of it once they told us the wait time. No one was being acknowledged in that parking lot. Three different people walked into the employees only area complaining. Again communication is all these customers needed and they couldn’t do that. Everyone would be understanding of short staffing it’s the lack of care that I have a huge problem with. They were just going to sit there and ignore us until we drove off. No telling how much money they probably lost tonight.
I parked in a booth and pressed the red button to order . The worker said be right with you. So I sat for 10 minutes, hit the ted button again, then i was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. That's just to take my order. All the while the drive thru had cars steadily going thru and ordering and getting their food. Seems I wasn't a priority.
Came here TWICE while on vacation, very disappointed in the service here. We called ahead and asked for a soda packed completely full of ice with the rest of our order(BOTH times) and they failed to complete our request. When we asked for another cup of Ice, the girl was extremely rude and walked away while we were speaking to her and refused to help us. Same girl, same situation both times.
well. SERVICE BY NICOLE WAS EXCELLENT. The food was really good. i felt safe ...even late at night. mostly bc it was so well lit and close to a main road. thank you for being there late at night HOWEVER. SONIC MANAGMENT (OR OWNETSHIP): TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ABD PROVIDE A WAY FOR CUSTOMERS TO TIP THEM. Just not good man. Idk why I keep going here, oh I know why, cherry limeade!! But they even screwed this up by only putting in limes and no cherries!! I was beside myself. But this Sonic is just like the ones in SC and NY, fries are soft and salty and not very good. This locations popcorn chicken was just okay. Asked for Buffalo sauce, got BBQ.However, their French toast sticks and ultimate meat breakfast buritto are fire!! But their coffee is not good, regular is better than their French vanilla.
Food takes way too long to get something so base line.Food poisoning is a good 45% chance and the order will most likely be wrong.I grew up on Sonic and I never remember it being this absolutely terrible. Its not just this location, its most of them. Just sad.
I was not too happy with the food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was so dry on one side I couldn't chew it and had to peel a layer off of it in order to eat it. I used to love going to Sonic in Las Vegas and this is the first time I visited since moving to Florida and I am not happy with it. I probably will not be going back.
First time at this location, the icecream part of my rooter float was really good, the root beer itself didn't taste good, it tasted like brown sugar water.
Very friendly and fast service. Food was good each visit. We went thru drive thru several times on our vacation at different times of the day and we’re happy each time!
