I love this store! The workers here are ALWAYS so friendly and thoughtful. I sometimes have a difficult time making it to pick up my order on time and I am always aware that they will be a little melted when I get them if that happens. The workers there on 4/5/22 at 10 am were amazing and when I was running late they put my order in the cooler. She was a lovely lady and deserved recognition!!
Hands down the worst Smoothie I’ve ever had.it was literally room temperature and watery and I tipped 5$ because the young lady at the counter helped two younger kids with a discount because they didn’t have enough money
Apparently even though smoothie King says they close at 7 PM the door is locked 10 minutes early. And the person inside just looks at me and continues to not pay attention
I don’t just come for the smoothies anymore, Honestly the experience is just out of the world?.I’ve been coming in for a while and the smoothies are always 10/10, there has been new people working and they are doing a great job and, JP always has a smile on his face even if they are swamped with people, one day I wasn’t having a pleasant day and I went in to get a smoothie JP greeted me and just the conversation with him was so uplifting to my day.
This guy Maui honestly puts “King” in Smoothie King loved his recommendation-Island Impact-add strawberries-Add orange juiceTaste just like sherbert ???
I had the best smoothie and smoothie king experience today because of Maui. He provided the best customer service experience. He was knowledgeable and so upbeat. This is my nee favorite location
They have consistently not been punctual about opening on time at 8am.
Great smoothie, love it so much. The store was not opened at 8 am when we arrived which is no big deal but we waited and waited. Finally someone unlocked the front door and I walked in but then was notified by I guess the manager that they couldn’t sell anything because inventory was not done yet. A little aggravated because we needed to get on the road. I’m pregnant and a smoothie is all that sounded good. She said it would be 10 more min so we went to another restaurant for our kids then went back. The manager complained about online orders and how it puts things behind when they have customers ordering in store which I get but voicing that isn’t professional. I got to the store at 8 am and finally got my smoothie at 8:33 am.
I stopped in with my kids to grab smoothies and the staff was super friendly and nice. Well definitely be back with the family.
