This place was remarkable. The staff members were very professional and friendly. The young lady that took my order was very helpful in helping me choose what to order. I ordered the haystack burger with tots and a milkshake. Everything was DELICIOUS! I appreciated the time that was put into making the food. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely return !
Loved my experience at smash burger. Customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The food also came out hot and fresh in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and the dining area was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend.
I recently ate at the Destin, FL location on my vacation. I ordered the double classic smash burger and shared the smash tots with my daughter. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot. I enjoyed every delicious bite of my meal. The place was neat and clean. The staff was awesome. I totally recommend this spot at the Destin Commons.
It was great!! I would have really loved the double I ordered instead of the single I got though ?. Online ordering was easy and fast and it was pretty busy at the time. We’ll be back.
Super nice people. Delicious food. They ran out of forks and the cashier ran next door to grab us one. One time we went they forgot to give us one thing, but when we went like a week later with the receipt and told them about it, they fixed it without hesitation.
David was the one who helped me today. Food was hot and fresh and the burger was well seasoned and tasty! Everyone was really polite. I’m not in Destin often but I’ll definitely come back whenever I am!
I went to Smashburger for my first time when I had a lull in work, and the food I ordered was great! The fries were actually very crisp and tasty as well as the burger had great flavor.
To be honest, we decided to stop here to eat because of the name. The food was great and the burgers tasted amazing. The only issue was with the haystack onion rings. They were way to done. Other then that, it was a great place to get a quick Smash bite.
1/16/2022I waited for around 15 minutes to get my food after I had ordered. They had a small army behind the counter and no one knew who was going to take my friggen order? I had a single bacon avocado burger that wasn’t cooked all the way. Since all the Bro’s couldn’t figure out who was taking my order I don’t trust any of them understand hot and cold holding temperature so I decided NoT to finish eating. I’m still hungry and these dudes need an adult to assist them in running their shift… sad
Always good hamburgers, but for me the Brussel sprouts win it. I love that they have options other than fries because I don't eat potatoes.
