Chicago dogs were good. They offer a junior size for ice cream stuff but when I tried to order one they said the smallest I could get was a small. Weird. Also, gave hubby the wrong flavor of fruit smoothy
My wife and I love this place! The sundaes, cones, and cherry limeades are our favorite. Very tasty and fast!
The ice cream was beyond amazing as always, but we will not return. After spending over $30 for our treats we noticed that one employee was not practicing proper hygiene. She was wearing gloves, but never changed her gloves. She collected money, cut up fruit and scooped custard with the same gloves on! We ask to talk to the manager on duty and one was not present. The employee assured us that what her coworker was doing was ok. Last I checked the country was nearly shut down due to Covid and money is very dirty. Why would someone even have the nerve to argue with a customer. This place should be shut down!
Good ice cream- very creamy! Would’ve loved if they have more variety other than chocolate & vanilla + chocolate sprinkles but it was great!!
Great place to grab a hotdog and shake only down fall is not a lot of seating and the place gets packed the later it gets in the evening.
Love this place! Best frozen custard around. We came many years ago on our honeymoon and brought back our children this time. Still as good as we remembered!
This place has gone down hill. It sold back to a corporate owner around 2019 vs an independent owner. Ever since then it hasn't been good. The custard has a weird flavor that it didn't have before. Service is typically very slow.There used to be a line of 15 cars deep all night on the weekends in the summer, now there's maybe 3 cars during peak time.We still go here occasionally, but Culver's custard is significantly better.
No worth how much it is. The toppings they add get so blended that you barely taste anything or only the peanut butter if that gets added. The base isn’t even good. “Custard” makes it sound so good, but it’s bland. The cashier kid who worked tonight was rude. She hates her job clearly. Go somewhere else!!
Customer service is lacking to say the least. The girl at the order window was extremely rude and made me and my party feel like we were an inconvenience in taking our order. I ended up ordering something just because I was that hungry but she lost the rest of my family's business with her attitude. They are hiring and should look for quality over quantity staff. They seem to be lacking in both at this time. No repeat business on this end.
Great ice cream place for family and hangout. This will definitely be my place to stop at if I ever come back to Destin. One thing I thought it was a little over price were their hot dogs and drink sizes. Their cherry limeade is not that great. Sonic’s cherry limeade taste way better. Their hot dogs was okay. Overall their ice cream were awesome. Just get their ice cream don’t get anything else lol. But it doesn’t hurt to try it.
