I really REALLY wanted to eat there… sadly there was a line, well sort of- ok not really. There was a family of three waiting for their order when we walked up. After standing in line for 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged I had to walk away but my BF had the patience that I didn’t and he stayed(never acknowledged while he stood at the front) until she gave the order to the family and it was wrong so she had to start again. I don’t know If the people who own this truck know or care that they are losing business because of their incompetent employees. If she would have said something- anything we may have stayed but why does it take over 20 minutes to make a grilled cheese? Also- the tip jar is laughable. What on Earth would anyone tip for? Not for good service or fast service or even because I feel sorry for the employee. I am baffled
S’mores was amazing! Looks as good as it tastes!! Wish we would have discovered it earlier, several sammies we wanted to try on the menu!

Very average experience. The employee was personable but the product was overkilled with bread vs the content of product in the sand which. For $12-$14 I would have expected a little more flavor. They were also out of chipotle dipping sauce which was recommended for our sandwich.

Say Cheese is very DELICIOUS! My whole family absolutely loves them, especially my boys. The Mac and cheese and pizza ones are their favorite, but they are ALL excellent. I try a new one every time I go and it is always amazing and fresh! If you haven’t tried Say Cheese before, you definitely should next time you are at the Harbor! You will Not be disappointed.
