If you want EXCELLENT customer service & EXCELLENT food then this is definitely the place to go!! The staff went above & beyond to please us & the other customers there!! They went around asking if anyone needed anything, it was so sweet to see a staff working together so good & genuinely caring for the customers & if they are happy! Our kids even noticed how nice the staff were !! The food was awesome!! Very delicious!! RedBrick, thank you so much for making such a good impression not just on us but on our kids as well!! We will definitely be back!!

Normally I don't like to write bad reviews but this was a train wreck. We waited 40 minutes for a plain cheese pizza to be told they lost the order. They did give me a free order of bread sticks to try and make it right which at this point I was happy. After we ate we decided to order another order of bread sticks and they did it again. 30 minutes later we ask what the hold up is and the lost the second order!!! The young man at the front counter never gave us a receipt for either purchase but my wife showed the lady at the front our back statement where we had paid for two seperate orders. To Joe I will gladly pull this review down when we have a chance to chat. I'm not trying to bash your business
Seriously the best bbq chicken pizza I've ever had. Also best gluten free crust I've ever had. Will be back here every time I'm in the area.
8 people party. Took over an hour to get all orders. Then sent several back bc they weren't right or burnt. The workers were nice though and once we got the right things the food was pretty good.
My pepperoni supreme pizza was thinner that a frisbee and I counted 9 pepperoni - who'a where is the supreme in that...total wait time was 32 min for a small pizza and wings. I guess brick oven means long wait time. Food was not $30 dollars worth.

Good food but communication between order and delivery is not good. Result is cold food. I think the food would have been good. But don’t dare call back. You will get attitude and excuses. Tons of places to spend 68 bucks at that can deliver quality food without attitude. Wouldn’t recommend for delivery at all. Maybe eat in at the place. Owner is fully aware. Blames door dash. Manager told me to “call” door dash. Sure, that sounds easy enough. They don’t have there own drivers. They don’t tell you that.
good pizza but the wiesel at the register (pictured below) sucked. he insulted my friends while they were ordering. 0/5 if I could, never coming again. buffalo chicken slaps lowkey
Based on how well-reviewed Redbrick is, I was surprised how tiny and thin my 2 "large" pizzas were after arriving 1.5 hours late and completely cold. I wish I had a tape so I couldve measured it. I chose redbrick because they had vegan options, but after paying $3 for nondairy cheese, it came with barely any at all. Cooks also disregarded special instructions and excluded one of the toppings completely. For nearly $25 a pizza it was quite unacceptable. Papa Johns or Dominoes could've done better for $10.
