OMG!! This place is adorable! What a hidden gem! The food is homemade and absolutely delicious! Best biscuits I have ever had! Outstanding waitress, everyone was so friendly, and so nice!! Margo and Mickie were awesome! Great experience! We will definitely go back when we are in Destin!
We went in for breakfast at this cute family owned restaurant only open thru lunch. My son loved the biscuits and gravy did not like the eggs and didn't eat them. My husband got the French toast plate and love the french toast and the bacon, said it had a little spice to it eggs not so good. I got the eggs Benedict whit is one of my favs and was disappointed. The eggs were way over cooked no runny yolk at all. The hollandaise was not how it was supposed to look or taste, more like way too much butter and some kind of spice. However, the hash brown casserole was the best ever. I would have been happy just eating a plate of that. Very pricy for what you get. $90 for 3 of us to eat food not up to par and a broke coffee machine.

Thanks to Margot, our waitress.While you can expect to wait a bit longer than you may be used to, we very much enjoyed our meals and were more than satisfied with the quality. It’s evident that everything is prepared to order with the utmost care. It’s a small and cozy cafe with a relaxed diner feel and friendly people.I had the Red Rooster Sundae and she had the Seafood Omelet, plenty to fill us both. I would consider it a tad pricey for a breakfast joint, but given the quality and location, it’s worth the visit for sure, and we’ll be back.

Had to wait for a table but it's well worth it. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome here. The food was amazing. The French toast was definitely the best I've ever had.
Totally impressed with this quaint local breakfast spot. Decor was colorfull and fun, Margot, our waitress, was very friendly and attentive, and the food was DELICIOUS!! I had the shrimp n grits, and it was incredibly tasty and filling. Best ive ever had, hands down. My wife had the eggs Benedict and loved them as well. Highly recommend this spot!!
Fantastic food. We waited maybe 20 mins once we were seated. Love how the place is decorated. It’s like eating in someone’s home. Very inviting, cozy, clean place.
Overall i recommend.Great food, and fantastic server. She made sure we knew the French toast was extra sweet, but it was delicious. My husband ordered the western omelet with ham. You choose your protein, which I thought was great. They serve it southwestern style (sour cream and Pico de gallo). He elected to not have those, and still really enjoyed it. I ordered the French toast meal, with a side of rye toast. The French toast is coated in cinnamon sugar, brown sugar, and powdered sugar. You can opt out of any, but I tried it and it was delicious. I ordered over-medium eggs, they were more over-easy. I enjoy both, so I did not mention this to the waitress. The hashbrown casserole was fantastic!! I ordered a side of ham, and it was also very tasty.We arrived about 8:40 am on a Saturday, and had no wait for a table. There was a bit of a wait about an hour later as we left.
Came down for vacation for a week. Found this little gem looking for a good breakfast. The place is clean friendly and amazing. It's small so you may have to take a small wait but it's well worth it the food is amazing freshly cooked. This isn't a one time review we liked it so much we ate here every morning. Highly recommend!!!
