Very poorly managed. Love papa johns but this location is extremely incompetent. Estimate on order was 60 minutes showed up and manager said it would be another 30 minutes. Waited in car for 30 min then came in and said another 30 min. They just keep saying we’re backed up. When I pointed out the constant moving of the times the manager said I could come back and help them out if I wanted. Extremely rude. Avoid this location if at all possible. Go to dominos up the street
Ordered our Pizza on-line and I was working in the area and picked it up. Order was right, early and Pizza was delicious. It took me an hour to get home because of traffic. Just a tip, if you complain about your pizza not being delivered timely, check the traffic before and plan accordingly. This team worked quickly and were pushing out a ton of pizza's.
Pizza took 2:34 minutes to arrive and it showed up cold. I know this is a chain so it won’t have a large impact but I will absolutely never order from this Papa Johns again. Lesson learned.
Ordered a pizza and Padilla yesterday Sunday the 20th delivery person nice and fast almost to fast for 5 pm traffic. Thought that was unusual. Panned out once I got pizza inside was not cooked properly, called spoke with a csr I informed him of my concerns he stated let me get the manager, I said sure on hold then get dropped. Only to add to my frustration as I was only to enjoy a pizza for dinner my car is on the mends no transportation yesterday so this was a huge deal to me, I felt like I was being treated as a tourist not a RESIDENT of Destin florida I work here in a position where I greet and serve many tourist that come our little fishing village. After this experience I will be telling all that come across my path to use dominoes will be posting photos nextL
I ordered delivery from our hotel. The food was good, hot and fresh! The young lady delivering our order was nice and brought us. Plates and condiments without requesting them, which was good because we needed them! The delivery was fast!
Burnt pizza we called and asked for a good one the manager said it would be burnt again we took it back and got a refund . We would never order a pizza from this store. Missed half of the ball game…
It's the fast food of pizza, awful. Cold and tasteless. Now they have NY pizza, if it's anything like NY pizza, expect paper thin crust that tastes awful, tasteless sauce and undercooked toppings. Just like in New York.
Worst service ever. We ordered a pizza to be delivered last night. Delivery time was supposed to be between 55 and 65 minutes. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, we called them to find out where our pizza was. The manager did not provide any apology, but instead made excuses that it was due to traffic, etc. We understand that these are trying times with COVID, but at least have the decency to apologize. After 2 hours, our pizza was finally delivered. We tipped the driver generously because he was not at fault. I would highly recommend you try any other pizza place for your next delivery. Avoid Papa John's.
NO STAR RATING (but had to put 1 star to rate)!!! If you want a large pizza, don’t go to this Papa John’s unless you prefer a LOT of crust! Spent $19 for a LARGE “the works” pizza and received a SMALL to MEDIUM sized pizza on a large crust! Very disappointed!
No garlic sauce and I was told it’s my fault for not looking for the garlic icon w my order! Sorry papa John’s. It’s my fault unreal. And the customer service being rude didn’t help
