After 4 months of incredibly inconsistent take away orders, my order today Order number: 712753039, has actually prompted me to make a review. So here's the scoop: sometimes you get half as much on the sandwich. are we really running out of lettuce? Want to add or remove something on your sandwich? hope you like rolling the dice. other times their menu availability halved...2 years into supply chain disruptions? ok sure... If you don't order ahead its like a 30 minute wait time to get your order placed during meal hoursI go to Panera because i need something quick and semi-healthy, and frankly i was ok overpaying $12 for a sandwich for a long time. But why would i pay the same price for a 25% of what Panera used to be?
Went in late to Panera after not being able to get a table at another restaurant in town. Got there 20 mins before they closed and the manager couldn’t have been nicer to us! Service was fast and great.
Ordered through Uber and ordered a French onion soup without cheese. I received the soup with cheese. So frustrating for someone allergic to dairy!

Do not order online from this location. For the third time in a row, this Panera messed up an online order. And with the way Panera is using DoorDash you are not able to leave a review to warn future customers. In addition, there is no way to contact anyone at this Panera by phone. It's phone is answered by an endless recording with no options for help.
Busy location during typical mealtime hours. Check operating hours during Covid. Not my favorite Panera due to numerous order errors but convenient and always corrected. Parking can be limited as well as seating during high traffic mealtime. Still a great place for a quick meal.
Food was mediocre for Panera. I Paid 10 dollars for a grilled cheese sandwich only and a rude lady at the window? I won't visit again.
used to work at panera. ur job is to read off a screen and make it how it says and yet at this panera they still screw it up when it said allergy: no cheese
As you would expect - familiar goodness
We were unable to order on the app for this location, when checking closing time on website and answering machine both stated 9:00pm. We drove to location to order and the doors were locked at 7:45pm. Note on door stating lobby closed at 7:00pm and drive thru open until 8:00pm. At the door employee said the drive thru was open. We then went to drive thru and no one would wait on us, then employee in window was rude and motioned us to leave. Employees are also not wearing masks during pandemic. Horrible experience and very unprofessional service. Needs new management.
