Worst service. The Jamaican employees working on register are the most rude people ever.I'm local, so I come, morning or night shift, and unfortunately, lately, I have had really bad experiences with the crew.Time to stop coming by and time for the managers to see what is going on .
Very luck I didn't feel like coming back. We had 3 double quarter pounders that were not cooked all the way through. I mean burned on the outside and straight up raw on the inside! Also the fries were horrible. Some were over cooked & super hard & others were soggy & felt like they weren't cooked completely. Also fries didn't have any salt whatsoever. Only positive I can say is that my order was correct.
The burgers and nuggets were fresh but the fries were old and really soggy and cold. I get we came in at around 9:40pm but we should've gotten fresh fries I could tell they had been sitting a while. Not one crispy fry at all and my large I paid for looked like a medium in a large container. We ended up taking the kids to whataburger for fresh fries since the ones from McDonald's were so old and not really edible. I'm hoping the fries will be better tomorrow because that was the only issue and as I said the rest of the food was fresh.

Aaron,Honestly, you've got the finest burger ? on the Island. Always, hot plus those french fries ROCK too....The customer service I've received in your store has been given ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, yes Sir 5 gold stars by the citizens of Miramar Beach, Florida.Not to mention, Chris and Sherry's amazing amazing customer service that they give not only to the customers. They treat the employees they work with kindness too... I was telling McDonald's Corporate, in Oakbrook Illinois inside Hamburger University...I lived a stone throw away from Hamburger University......Chris and Sherry ROCK, even during the busiest time of day. Food employees are wonderful the restaurant was cold had no heat so I'm not going back to sit in

UPDATED WITH PHOTOS: DECEMBER 21, 2021Gave this place one last chance on the way out of town. The cashiers here are incompetent and the food quality here is beyond garbage. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.INITIAL REVIEW: This place is an absolute dump. The person behind the register when asking for a few napkins since they were out pretended like they didn’t understand me. Unbelievable.
Came here for lunch and my card was declined due to a bank error. The manager didn't charge me for my meal and it was very nice. Thank you McDonald's for the lifetime of great service and awesome food. :)
They always serve fresh food which is very important to me. Great job!
