This is 100% the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We waited for 45 minutes(as well as several other customers) for our food. They gave us our drinks and sent us to the first parking space to wait for food. After waiting well over 30 minutes, an employee was bringing out someone else's food and we asked her about our food, to which she said they already brought it out. They did not. Every single employee was unhelpful and frankly, lacked even the basic of customer service. Whoever trains these employees really need to step it up.
Why can't they get an order right. Plus their attitude is like your BOTHERING THEM TO ORDER A MEAL. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB. JUSY QUIT. YALL SUX. YOU GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND YOUR WINDOW EMPLOYEE ACTS LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB AND ARE RUDE AS HELL. GO WORK SOME WHERE ELSE. BAD PLACE TO EAT. ROTTEN EMPLOYEES AND BAD JUJU. NEVER GOING BACK. YALL SUX. HOPE YOU GO BROKE.
I ordered a big Mac with light mac sauce for the 2nd time in month,I got a big Mac with tarter sauce on it, my receipt even said add tarter sauce, people who take orders should understand plain Damm English!!!
Bathrooms are so nasty! The toilet seats are barley hanging on. There is no paper towels to dry your hands on which I can deal with if you didn't have to open the door with your hands... They need to install a foot opener for the door. Also all the hand sanitizer machines are empty or batteries are out. Then they have a stand where you can grab hand wipes... Those are also empty
No plastic wear to eat pancakes & eggs, no jelly for biscuit. Hash browns were not hot yesterday. Looks like there was training, so forgiven. Every other time 5 stars!
Decent McDonald's. Seemed pretty clean. Staff could definitely have been nicer. Prices are definitely higher than other locations.
If I could give this a zero, I would have. I’ve ordered from here several times, and it has been the absolute worst! I’ve ordered the SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL….. and you know what they sent me on two occasions? A plate with a plastic lid , ENCLOSED IS THE CHICKEN, THE CHEESE, AND THE SAUCE POURED IN THE PLATE AS THOUGH IT IS DOG FOOD.NO BREAD!!!!!!! I ORDERED AN ICE COFFEE WITH CARAMEL! Lorddddddd!! ALL I COULD TASTE WAS THE MOTEN ICE. IT WAS FRESH WOTH NO TASTE OF ANYTHING! UBER REFUSES TO CREDIT ME!
I went through the drive thru. I had two orders. Checked the first one. They messed that up. Got back to where I was. My bad I didn't check the second order. Btw, I shouldn't have too. They have one job, make the orders right. Of course, second was missing food. So I go back and ask for manager. No apologies. I get back to eat it. Grease is dripping off the sandwich. I took two bites and got sick. Don't go there.
This McDonald's has served me old burgers, hard fish sandwiches, beverages that taste like water that are not suppose to taste like water. I tried to call the store and also the corporate office, no one answered.
Went to this McDonald’s on Harbor Boulevard in Destin Florida at 11:30 lunchtime and like most of the McDonald’s the ice cream machine is not working. So I do we hat I do at all these places when they don’t have everything I’m looking to buy I get nothing at all. I should probably just not even come to a McDonald’s just go right to Chick-fil-A pay more for better service and better quality food
