ALWAYS GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!
We have always loved coming to Landshark's every year. They used to have good food. I wouldn't know now. We went in and instead for 10 minutes and was never greeted although every worker looked at us. We asked if we could sit (only people were seated around the bar- none at tables, a family just left) we sat for another 10 minutes at least and were never approached. We left. Very disappointed.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My family and I went to Landsharks because we were super excited and heard they had great pizza. We wouldn’t know because the service was terrible. We waited to be seated for 15 mins and not a single hello or anything. Just looks. Then I went to the bar to have a drink and the bartender was sitting there playing on her phone while all her customers were waiting for her. We just packed up and left. Very disappointed and won’t be back…
Pizza is my favorite food. I’m very appreciative of a good pizza. Give it 5 stars. Crust. (Chefs kiss) The kind waitress Christy was a delight! The guy at the bar was awesome. Didn’t get to get his name. But He had no problem helping Christy and making a drink and coming frol around bar time to take to our table. (He is in this photo)Cool place. TVs at good eye level for all. Cool little sitting area right outside so kids can hang out and parents can have a few drinks after eating lol
TLDR: Recommend. Great wings, pizza, and meatball sub. If you like beer, they have a TON of options.Details: My husband and I have wanted to try this restaurant for a while, but they share a parking lot, and it can be tough to find parking, plus wait for a table the later you go. We arrived about 4:45 pm on a Saturday. Parking was easy, and we had no wait.We ordered Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesean wings to start. They were steaming (fresh) when they arrived. We both enjoyed our flavors, and the wings were a good size, and fair price. My husband had the Bluberry Pilsner. He described undertones of blueberry, and enjoyed the flavor. He also ordered the meatball sub with a side of fries. He loved the baked crisp of the meatball, and overall enjoyed the sandwich. I ordered a small extra cheese pizza. It was delicious, great flavor to the crust and sauce, and cheesy but not so cheesy it slid off the pie. I even ate the crust with no toppings, which is rare. Everything tasted like it had just come from the oven. Our server was friendly, and attentive, but not hovering. We can't wait to go back.
Pizza was good waitress ok wings very small, Blue cheese dressing was great ordered the Bloody Mary was nothing like the picture. Also staff that make pizza needs to wear hairnet her hair was in a ponytail but fan bas blowing her hair.
A hole in the wall with dirty floor, 80’s food and arrogant service. The food was ok, stay away from the meatball subs and silverwares are plastic. Dont waste your money just go somewhere else.
It’s a secret to figure out how to eat here. The people that work here look at you like your dumb…waiting at the hostess desk for no hostess. They won’t say anything to you.
Terrible customer service, ask you to love when you first walk in, asked about getting seated they said 45 min to an hour which we were fine with but then just walked away. We were standing in the entrance waiting to put our name in and a rude older man told us to move, I politely asked him if we could put our name in and he rudely told us we don’t take names and walked off. Not one person greeted us and it felt like an inconvenience that we wanted to patronize your business. We will never be back.As a response everyone is short staffed, including all of the customers that are coming to your business. I personally oversee 20 locations and have had staffing issues just like you but we still manage to maintain standards in customer service. So this woah is me it’s hard to stay staffed thing doesn’t really cut it when it comes to how to treat customers.
