Our waiter (Evan, I think) was, by far, the best waiter. He was so attentive and friendly. The sirloin was really good, the grilled chicken was great, coconut shrimp was good. The crab bucket was really, really good!
The staff was very friendly and helpful with menu choices. I can't remember his name but our waiter was very nice and helped us keep a 3 yr old entertained.
We went for my birthday. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. I loved the coconut shrimp with pineapple plum sauce. I didn't eat the fries, we also got appetizers and shared a steam pot. The crab legs and lobster claws are on point. The key lime pie was fantastic.. We spent a good bit of $$ but you could eat for about $20 per person if you wanted to.
We were missing 1 full meal order, sides from 2 other orders drinks from all orders and our appetizer also didn’t come. The food that did come was cold and poorly packaged.
But service was slow. Short staffed like everywhere. Food was ok and for the price it was ok. Would go back if there weren't any other options, but would not go out of my way to return.

We had a horrible experience. We waited an hour for our food and then it was not the correct order and it tasted terrible. The general manager Brandon called me “sweetheart“ and he said I could not read a menu. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Only 3 tables in the building- subpar service. Food came out exactly 4 min after appetizer so we didn’t even have time to enjoy it. Ordered the most expensive thing on the menu $59.99 for COLD crab. Nothing about this bucket was steaming. It was so cold that it couldn’t be cracked with the crackers it had to be split. Bathrooms were disgraceful. Toilet paper everywhere on floor and waste baskets over flowing with paper towels. Seemed like staff was in a rush to do side work rather than take care of guests. Our server seemed as if she was always 2 steps behind. Waited a long time for drink refills. This is my second time at Joe’s and it left a lot to be desired this time. Wish I would have eaten at a local establishment so that I would have gotten better service and hot fresh food paced appropriately.Totally dissatisfied and extremely disappointed!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Tried to order on line and by phone to no avail. Went there to place a to go order and was told they don't do Walk in to go order. SMHThere were 2 people at the bar and one table. I asked why and was told it cut into the tips for the wait staff. I told the waiter I would give him a tip. SMH He would give up $70.00 worth of business for a tip??? All he did was bag up the order. I gave him his tip and the food was good.
I dine here a lot but this is always my go to place for my birthday. I only gave this two stars because the waiter was good. We ordered two steam pots and specifically said NO GARLIC. They both were full of garlic and I was literally sick on my ride home because of the garlic. Also my husband and daughter ordered corn on the cob and the corn tasted as if it came out of the field and put on a plate. It was way undercooked. Neither of them ate it. Disappointed customer.
