The food was good, but the employees were SO RUDE… If I could give a 0 star I would’ve. We did walk in late but within operating hours and we were told we couldn’t sit in the establishment to eat. He turned away an additional 6 customers 5 minutes before 9pm (closing time) and said they were closed. To add this was our first time at JJ’s and we were asking questions about what was on the subs and the employee acted as if we should know. Very disappointed!!!!
pretty frustrating how i have placed a delivery order here every week for nearly a year and now all of the sudden i’m outside of the delivery zone? I was told employees “didn’t care” about the zones which was why i was able to get orders in the past. maybe train employees correctly or have them follow the protocol that they should follow so customers aren’t thrown for a loop.
Under New Management and its horrible. We work on the water and ate here 3-5 times a week the last 3 summers. They switched management recently and ever since this place has stooped to the worst sub place in Florida. They ran out of capicola for a month and instead of replacing it with another meat they just didn’t tell you and still charged the same, when we tried to sub for the missing capicola they tried charging us for double meat. This place is an absolute joke, the bread is always stale now and a 12 $ sandwhich contains 4 total paper thin slices of meat a couple tomatoes and some shredded lettuce, I contacted management and they were zero help at all, no refunds given and no orders made right, probably the owners trying to penny pinch, tourists likely won’t care but if you’re a local don’t eat here and make sure to leave a review if you do, we will be going to jersey mikes across the street from now on.
Very slow but it was busy so I don’t really know how to feel about it. The sandwiches my family and I got had so much meat on them so if that’s your thing be sure to come to this location.
I am going to agree with many of the negative reviewers: this location is extremely slow. It is slow in the busy season and it is slow in the off-season. And any time of day. Which is unfortunate considering the brand stakes its reputation on speed. I also live outside their delivery zone, somehow, which is surprising considering how close I live to the restaurant. With that said, I have always had good service there. The staff are friendly and always take time to say nice things. The food is consistent and like every other Jimmy John's location. Many people have one bad experience and leave a bad review. I would say this location gets it right nine times out of ten, so overall I will recommend this location.
Make sure if you go through the drive-through you ask for no ice because they will rip you off by filling it almost to the top with ice. I got about 3-4 sips before it was empty. You have to wonder about the people that work there if they can't even put ice in a cup correctly.
Quick pickup service. Food was good and almost how i ordered it. They gave me wrong chips so paid and did not get to eat them.
I don’t really want to give even one star but 0 was not an option. I ordered at 12:45p.m. They called me at 1:20p.m. (after I called to ask on the status) and said they were out of bread and it would be an hour. They never gave me the option of canceling my order. It is now 3p.m, and I have YET to get my order. I’ve called 5 times and they have either told me they are “making it” or they can’t tell me an exact time because they don’t have trackers on their delivery guys???
Food was good, but 1hr12m for delivery of two sandwiches less than a mile away on a weekday is ridiculous.
Not a sub person Food tasted fresh and service was great. In the world we live in these days that’s saying something.
