Awesome experience! Great atmosphere and fun time for everybody. Wait staff was awesome. Only complaint was the food wasn’t great either time I have been there. Lots of salt and pepper made it edible but it’s worth it just for the experience!

My family and I had a great experience from the minute we walked in!! The food was delicious and a Big shout out to our bartender Madison who took GREAT care of us by answering all our questions about the delicious drinks they offer!! Madison was very attentive and really made us feel so welcome! Madison truly displayed 5 STAR customer service and can’t wait till our next visit!!!

It’s always a fun atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!! Aaron was an awesome waiter!!!

I definitely wasn't expecting the food do be the best but it was awesome! This was some of the best food I have had in the area. We had a party of 8 and everyone ordered something different and each meal was as good as the next! I ended up going with the gator po boy and that didn't disappoint at all! Our waiter was also very friendly and outgoing.

I absolutely love the bright colors, decorations and everyone's signatures throughout the place! I wish I had a marker on me lol. The kids had a blast feeding the gators. Not their first time holding one but the first time feeding. They loved the treehouse vibes it gave off and the gift shop was well stocked. The staff was super friendly, place was pretty busy for a weekday so I can only imagine how busy it's be on the weekend. There was construction going on when we visited so I can't wait to see what they've done on our next visit. Make sure to grab a paper on the way out. It's a hilarious read!

The best part of our experience was the server. He was extremely friendly and made the experience worth it. The out door bartender was extremely rude and only wanted to wait on the men waiting at the bar. Food was very overpriced. Best two items were the cheese curds and the stuffed shrimp. The wait was incredibly long and they were not good at estimating time

We waited for 30 minutes, when the whole place was empty. I'm pretty sure its just a ploy to get you to spend time in the gift shop. The place smells musty and the air quality has an old college bar odor to it. The family was kept entertained by the graffiti walls and collections of old beer cans. The gators outside are cool to see, the kids really enjoyed the various sizes of the alligators and even a chance to hold and see one up close. After that I would stop there. The food quality was poor at best. Of the ten diners, almost everyone's food was cold. My mahi mahi was so hard and overcooked I didn't even finish it. You can look at most of my review, I am not too harsh on restaurants, This was easily the worst meal of the trip.

We took the family here during our recent vacation in May. The alligators are cool to see but the food was overpriced for what they serve. It was fast food quality at 3 times the price. The wait was about an hour and the service was good. Definitely a one-time visit for us.

I observed A new bartender “Bryson” ignore several groups of customers. He told myself and our group that he was as too busy to wait on us and hollered at the 5-7 people sitting at the bar “if you’re here just for drinks. I can’t wait on you. I’m waiting on the entire restaurant and I’m too busy.” We asked for a refund on our appetizers and spoke to manager left as did others.

We have been coming here for 27 years we love it! Such a family friendly place. Great fun, great food and always a great welcome. We recommend all the wonderful food but one of favorites is the Alligator Tail alarm Fud see the picture. Deep fried and delicious ?. It's on that lovely colourful dish. I include pictures if the alligators being fed and other delicious dishes.
