April 2022, The order taker/cashier walked out. She refused to do a task (I think it was to clean the dining room). She moaned and whined in front of the customers. The supervisor told her that if she wasn't going to do her job she should leave and that's exactly what she did, leaving her coworkers short-handed. Kudos to the supervisor for not putting up with her bratty and selfish behavior. Food was delicious as usual.
Staff super unprofessional. Not in an impolite way rather lazy. Lack of communication or effort in trying to communicate with customers including myself. I was UberEats for a customer and by the time I arrived they hadn’t even started the order. As they were making the order they were working real slow and making jokes and having side conversations before trying to finish the order on time. No shift manager present. They realized their toasting machine wasn’t working by the time they were done with the order so it took even more than they intentionally wanted to take by making a new one for my customer.
Gouge customers during spring break. Had a same sandwich two days prior in Pensacola for $2.50 cheaper. And the help was horrible. So slow!! And there are 7 of them and it still took forever. Stay away!
Staff was rude and eveything on the menu we tried to order they would say they didnt have. Trying to rush us when we were trying to order
3/31/2022 Waited more than 35 min for a sandwich. Seems the crew on duty was moving very very slow and seemed unmotivated. Highly discouraged to ever return to this FireHouse or recommend it to anyone.
Would like to say the young man that helped me was probably in his first week working he was trying really hard to satisfy his customers but the short manager lady was quite mean to him. He gave me more money then I was suppose to receive back so I returned the money to him she needs to have more patience with her staff they we will walk out before the summer rolls around, Im local and came here after Wendy's only had the drive through open and I couldn't sit in the lobby area. So word to the wise as we are all going through difficult times be nice to your employee’s and remember if you want them back tomorrow speak pleasant to them as they are people to trying to do a job and its your responsibility to train them correctly!!!
Waited about 30 min for 2 subs only to be told would be another 20 minutes... It wasn't that busy...workers standing around doing nothing. Not a great experience.
Not bad, not good. Sandwich was ok. Took a little while to make as mine was the only order up. Cashier was friendly. Did not get a good vibe in this location. No one seems very interested in the customer any more.
Really fast service here with a friendly staff. We love the good ole warm Firehouse sandwiches whenever we can get them. I would recommend this to anyone. ?
Was greeted when we walked in. The staff was friendly and took the time to get our order just right. The food we ordered was very good. If your needing an alternative to the McDonalds and Burger Kings, please give them a try.
